Bought this as a gift for a music lover and she loved it. The quality is great, came already stringed up and had extra in the kit with 3 picks. The case fit the guitar and accessories perfectly 🙂 Not to mention the shipping was fast. Wonderful purchase.

The bundle is awesome, everything you need very inexpensive. Bought a stand for it, because I was tired of tuning it every time .
Black does leave fingerprints but it is perfect for me. I learned how to tune without any help. Tried to watch youtube. It wasn’t working, figured out you have to know the strings: E6, A5, D4, G3, B2, E1, came up with my own acronym (because thats how you get a MBA)-the ones online are too difficult.

With the tuner included in the bundle, select the “G” for guitar, then strum E6 turn the tuning peg until the tuner turns green at E6. After knowing this you may watch a video. But if the line is left at the center for E6 then turn peg right until it turns green at center. If it is at A then turn left until E6 appears and adjust accordingly as you strum the line.
I was disappointed that my black guitar didn’t have a pin at the neck for the strap, you have to do the “shoe string” method but I am fine with it, not all guitars have them. I purchased the Sunburst bundle last year for my man, and his has the neck pin, and his came with the hard case, his was more expensive from same seller. Definitely will buy a few more for my sons, they love to use mine.
Well wishes.. now on to practicing.

Update 4/26/2021: I quickly came to realize that the buzzing sound was me, haha. After learning where my fingers should be placed for a crisper sound the buzzing is -almost- eliminated. I do have to re-tune it every now and then but my guess is that’s because I play it so much. I’ve been able to practice everything else just fine on this, capo works fine and even harmonics sound good! It is definitely a great beginner guitar and has been so much fun to play. Still keeping a star docked for the glue that held my low E string down when I first received it, but other than that I have no regrets about this purchase. Also remember, the sticker is laminated and can come completely off. It shouldn’t be stuck to the guitar.
When I was a kid I remember picking up a fender in a guitar store and thinking it was the most beautiful sounding instrument I’d ever heard. I had my eyes set on a Fender, nothing else(despite there being better), but never got around to it. Fast forward a few years and I’m an adult now, finally saved up enough on the side to purchase a fender but since I’d never actually played the guitar seriously, I sought out a relatively inexpensive Fender that I could build up skill on.
Tuning:
Super excited when this got delivered today, but I noticed immediately on tuning something was wrong. The low E string didn’t seem to be tuning at all no matter how I turned the tuning peg. I thought I was doing something wrong, but NOPE. After fiddling around with it for a few minutes I decided to try and restring it. I noticed that the top near the peg was loosening, but the actual string itself didn’t seem to be budging, didn’t want to hurt myself but I said to heck with it and just gave it a very slight tug. The string lifted but the reason it wasn’t moving was that it had been glued down to the top where the strings lie just under the pegs. I’ve never played seriously, but my brother had an acoustic and bass and I’ve seen him replace strings before among other things many times. None of them had strings glued down anywhere. I may not know much, but I know that that is not supposed to be like that ever. Now I’ve got glue on what was supposed to be a brand new guitar string. This has made me seriously contemplate returning it. If you notice tuning is a big issue on this thing, this might be the case for you as well.
I would also like to add that I’m not sure if this is just a problem with the tuner or just me, but I can’t seem to get the strings to stay in tune. I’ll update that later.
The actual guitar:
The fretboard seems to have a few scuffs on the edges which just looks like it got damaged during the manufacturing process, not shipping related at all, and there are a few cheapy marks around the soundhole but nothing too banged up for me.
The accessories: I almost thought the guitar wouldn’t fit in the carrying case but it was just enough. The backpack part itself though was a bit of a struggle to get on. I’m not sure if my height had anything to do with it, (5’9), but I had to loosen it to the lowest tension. There is also only one strap peg which doesn’t seem very efficient nor make much sense. Just another cheap feature. The CD, picks, and strings all arrived in good quality though.
The sticker: I saw a few people mention this and I was really worried since I couldn’t seem to peel the sticker off either. Maybe they fixed it but mines came off perfectly as I realized that it was a full clear laminate sticker.
I’ll keep it for two weeks and practice daily, and then update on whether I returned it and any reasons why.
I will try to upload pictures, hopefully, Amazon approves them.

From the perspective of a beginner with a very astute ear for tones I can honestly say this guitar produces terrific tonal quality with a fullness that is comparable to more expensive choices on the market.
I also was very pleased with the companion DVD and I did choose to subscribe to Fender’s fender.com/play site for instructions because I liked what I saw during my 2 week trial of that site.
I’m very pleased with my purchase though I did get a more reliable SNARK digital tuner and did restring the guitar with light 12 gauge strings because they are easier to work with as a beginner.
The Fender tuner that the guitar came with wasn’t a reliable tuner given it frequently reported I was playing a different string then I was actually playing which caused me to break 2 strings due to over tightening.
The companion DVD goes over relative tuning in great detail as well as other important beginner aspects of learning the guitar; great DVD!
To summarize, this guitar is terrific for the price and I recommend it for beginners as well as seasoned musicians.

Comes with everything you need as a beginner, which I am. You can start playing it right away (once you tune it, and it comes with an electric tuner). Once you understand how to use the tuner, it becomes something you can do in a few minutes.
I’ve been playing for about 1 week, the guitar comes with metal strings and they sound wonderful. They also have replacement strings on standby.
They give you 3 picks, I wish they were different grades, but they are all medium. Not a game changer in the slightest.
Bag is nice, upgrading to a hardcase soon, but this bag will do and it does have a pocket on front for carrying your accessories. I don’t have a DVD player to say much about the included DVD.
The only thing I can say I dont completely like is the strap. The guitar only has one knob, the other side must be tied to the neck. The strap is good quality, but I’m not a fan of the fit. Still not a game changer in the slightest, just preference.
The seller is very attentive as well and is willing to help you with anything from returns or fixes.
Totally will by from seller again, this product is awesome. Looks slick in black and just the whole bundle in general rocks!

Well. I loved the guitar and I’ve played it every day since I bought it. Recently the nut broke. That I’m not happy with. I can’t use the guitar anymore until I get it fixed. Because of this unfortunately incident, I will have to leave a poor review.

Everything was great!
Loving my new Guitar
