I am pleased with the product, instructions were clear and they fit my Galaxy S22 Ultra perfectly. Success on first-attempt.

I live in a tropical climate and the screen protector has been on my phone for at least 4 months now, there is no sign of separation or penetration of foreign liquids. Still looks good as new.

Fingerprint scanner still works with the screen protector.

I use a UAG PATHFINDER case for the phone (removed and reinserted the case multiple times) and it does not affect the placement of the screen protector. I give credit to the amFilm tray! solid engineering!

TIP: After you do the initial cleaning to prep your phone screen, please turn the screen on (white display) to check for any black / dark debris. They may not be noticeable when the screen is off.

Many thanks to the youtube reviews and customer reviews in giving me confidence to buy this.

This is a beautiful screen protector and I want to love it, but even with the screen sensitivity increased the fingerprint reader doesn’t work. Super easy install though and good instructions and equipment that make install flaweless.

Took the 3-pack to a mobile phone accessory store to have a professional apply them and there was debris in 2 of the glue tubes & little bubbles in all 3 applications. 3 tries to get one protector on, 2 completely wasted pieces of glass and there’s bubbles under this one.

I should mention this is after I tried to install an initial 3-pack by myself with bubbles after every application after closely following the instructional video.

Burned a lot of cash. 1 star because the fingerprint sensor does work well…

My first attempt at installing the screen protector did not work at all. The adhesive only spreed to cover about half the screen when I dropped the protector on to it. The problem, I think, is that I was doing this work in the light of an open window, so I could check for dust easily and I’m pretty sure the UV light in sunlight cured the adhesive before it could spread properly.

I removed that protector, re-cleaned the cell phone screen and then applied the adhesive away from the window in a shaded area. The adhesive spread properly this time and I covered the phone to shade it further while the adhesive moved to all corners. So, DO NOT APPLY THIS PROTECTOR IN SUNLIGHT, EVEN IF IT IS FILTERED BY CLOUDS, as mine was.

The protector is on the phone and there are absolutely NO bubbles. It is a perfect application, as far as I can see. But, the fingerprint reader on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will not register my fingerprint even though I’ve turned the sensitivity to Max. That is my only complaint with the protector.

On the plus side, it is very smooth, and the screen registers touch commands flawlessly. Also, the protector does not seem to collect fingerprints or grease smudges like other glass ones do. It stays clean in use.

Purely as protection and for every other feature than Fingerprint Scanning this really does feel like a 5-Star product. If you can risk not having use of that feature, I would definitely recommend this product.

The only issue was the expectation that the Fingerprint Scanner would work and even with increasing the sensitivity/rescanning it is heavily compromised! it is clear seeing similar products which utilise sticker/weight combinations for this part of the screen that there does not seem to be a similar solution here. I will be looking at a similar product offered (the 2-pack version) for my partner/redundancy as it seems to be more Fingerprint Scanning compatible.

    Installed easily.
Left a tiny bubble towards the upper left but not very noticable.
Smooth screen and did have to redo my fingerprints.
    Love it!

I *was* an avid user and promoter of this brand until recently. I’ve had their protectors on almost anything with a screen. Much like when Zagg traded their glass protectors for that hybrid nonsense, it’s time to find a new brand.

The adhesive bubbles up coming out of the tube, which leaves bubbles that require a surgeon’s precision to remove with ruining the process. This is assuming you have already waited over a minute for the glue to settle and come to realize that the claims it will clear them on its own are not always true. The tray doesn’t line them up well, so expect a gap at the top on the first one and possibly the next if it’s been more than a couple days and you forget the tray isn’t accurate. Pay attention to wipe out the speaker after the glue settles. Unlike past versions, nothing is provided to keep glue out of it. Double sided tape also works to carefully remove the glue after the initial pass of the UV light.

Make sure to remove the sticker for the fingerprint immediately after lining up the metal cylinder. The instructions say otherwise, but also don’t show the imprinted text that you will see once natural light hits the screen. Also make sure there are no significant hairs or anything else on the screen after the initial pass. Much like sunscreen on a sleeping man at the beach, it will leave an outline.

All of this can be compensated for with a single good install. Unfortunately, the curved edges only fit in one specific place and a pile of liquid is spreading across the screen that makes it hard to see where the protector is sitting. It looks fine until it’s too late because the tray leaves more than enough room for the protector to slide just enough. It’s only after curing and taking the phone outside that you realize it is just a hair too far to one side. The problem is that even the slightest bit of a lifted edge is a ticking time bomb. It’s easy to overlook all the tiny bubbles, but it’s only a matter of time before a loose edge leads to the protector failing.

Rest assured that you are given a lifetime warranty. What they fail to mention is that the warranty only covers a single protector, the inserts to capture excess glue, the glue, and the cloths. You would think by saving money on the installation materials and charging nearly twice the cost of most cases, you would get two. After all, the most expensive part of the kit is the light. I am sure the adhesive costs a little more than slapping it on during production, but it is over three times more expensive than the protectors alone.

This style versus the other type of pre-glued, instant stick protector, even if done in glass, is way superior. I’ve tried both types on my S22 Ultra, and there is no comparison. Could not even get the fingerprints to register on the other kind. Something about that liquid glue, which you cure with the UV light, makes a huge difference. This is the third time I’ve done it, so I feel pretty confident in the process. I also have an S23 Ultra and it works just as well. The only reason I’m replacing this one is because I dropped the phone and the screen protector cracked in one corner, doing its job protecting the phone screen.

Follow the video directions carefully. The one variation I have found works with this and all other screen protectors, is using distilled water and a fiber/lint-free cloth. Wet one corner in the distilled water, and don’t ever use anything but distilled water, or you will be sorry. Dip that one corner and use it as your cleaner. Then use the rest of the still dry lint-free cloth to dry it off. You don’t need to use anything else (the alcohol wipes or stickers), just make sure you gently wipe with the distilled water wetted side to remove any smudges, and then use the dry part of the cloth to dry it and remove any remaining lint or dust particles. Wipe lots of times and hold the screen up so you can see the reflection of a nearby light or lamp on the screen surface. Any remaining particles of dust will be obvious, and you just keep wiping until they’re gone.

Oh, and pay strict attention to the leveling bubbles. And if you can, drop the liquid glue just slightly off-center, towards the fingerprint spot. And make sure you use all of the glue, as it’s important for it to get all the way to the edges. As it spreads, there is some danger of the advancing edge wrapping around itself towards the end, creating a bubble as it wicks out to the sides. Be patient, don’t rush it. But once the majority of the screen and glue have mated, you can afford a little bit of finger pressure on the screen to encourage the glue out to the last edge, and even to push an air bubble or two out. Yeah, I know their instructions say don’t do this. And I wouldn’t do it early; until something like 80% of the screen has been wetted. But you can do it towards the end, just don’t get overly aggressive. You don’t want to start the UV light cure until the entire surface is wetted with the glue to all edges. You can probably afford a couple of very small bubbles; no big deal because you won’t see them when the screen is on. The one thing you *don’t* want is any bubbles around the fingerprint spot.
