I got my watch on July 30. I used it daily to track steps and used the timer to keep track of things at work, I always took it off in the shower so it wouldn’t get wet despite it being water resistant. On September 1, 2 days after the return window closed it is unresponsive. I have tried the trouble shooting to no avail. I switched to garmin after using Fitbits for years and being disappointed with them quitting after a year but this is so much worse. For over $140 I expected so much more. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

I’ve had this watch for a couple days now and overall it’s a great watch. It has a long lasting battery. I recharge it every night and it’s never below 87% at the end of the day. The heart rate monitor is very accurate and syncs with the connect app quickly. As a pedometer it does the job well and it helps me meet my step goals. I do wish that it would display images from my phone notifications. It was a useful feature on my old Samsung gear watch, but it’s not a deal-breaker for me.
The watch strap feels durable and lightweight. It’s comfortable to wear. I can see this watch outlasting my Samsung gear watch.

Loved the watch at first. Kept great time, battery life was fantastic. Recieved it in December and it stopped working the end of March. Tried contacting customer service thru Amazon then just googled Garmin customer service and they were great. Bridget had it working again in less than 10 minutes. Still love my Garmin and kudos to their customer service.

Love the look and fit of the watch. Switched from Apple watches and it is taking a bit to adjust. The biggest downfall is not being able to take calls or texts from the watch. You still get the notifications, but cannot reply. The activity tracking is great. Haven’t had to charge for several days!

I’ve had it for just under a month. It tracks HR and steps nicely and has accurate GPS for runs. Features like sleep tracking and VO2 are not accurate. The screen randomly stopped responding to touch input. After some searching I found I could power cycle it with one of the buttons and it appears to be working again. For $150 it’s not a bad value, but I worry it isn’t going to last more than a few months given the touch screen issue I already experienced.

On the first day, my calorie count was too high, but when I set the same heart rate on the watch as on the application, it started to measure normally. However I love this watch! It’s smaller than the others and fits perfectly.
