My mouse was almost like new condition. Granted it didn’t come in a retail box, but it came all oem supplies. My version had no scratches, dents or dings. Your mileage may vary because these are refurb products. 1 star off for the brown box that it came in. Also, my version was 2022 that came with better skates, besides that, everything is the same as the previous version.

I loved the Aerox 3, when it worked. Sensor started having issues after 2 months now skips and lags constantly. I can longer return it so I’m left with a useless product collecting dust. 🙁

The pictures show the 2022 model with the bigger feet on the bottom but I received the older one with the four tiny ones on it. Might update this review after using it a bit
UPDATE: This mouse is pretty decent. Battery charges fast and lasts long, very lightweight, and the mouse feet aren’t that big of an issue currently. The shape is pretty nice and easier on claw grippers with bigger hands. This mouse is pretty good for the price however since it isn’t actually the newer model I would just have gotten it brand new for $10 more. The biggest issue is that there isn’t a battery % in the software (it’s just a symbol with 3 bars), but I’ve used it for a week now (in high efficiency mode) and only had to charge it once.
