Only been using it for 2 days
Today was the day that made me come here and leave a review for everyone
It tracked steps while i was riding my motorcycle. I have another tracker on my phone and its currently at 3k steps while the ring app is at 9.6k
So thats terribly wrong.
So a final thing to say is that this ring is only good to track sleeping if you are in to it.

This is the best thing because I can’t wear smartwatches or fitbits to work. This ring keeps my fitness in check when I can’t keep count of my heart rate or steps. It’s a little off about sleeping since it assume everyone sleeps nights. But out of ten I give it an 8.

This smart ring is quite impressive. I downloaded the recommended app and found it very easy to use. The first night I had a pretty high heart rate at one point just before bed, I checked the app, and sure enough my rate was elevated. It actually scared me, and I thought the ring may be wrong. I double checked the rate against my oximeter ~ it matched both heart rate and blood oxygen levels, which gave me some confidence on accuracy. If I had any other symptoms or questioned what readings meant, I would definitely contact a physician. Only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis. I also have a blood pressure monitor to double check any issues.
After that night, I had some good sleep, tracking the progress in the app. I had gotten up in the night, and it was tracked, for example. Heart rate & blood oxygen were measured in timely increments and recorded throughout the night. Sometimes you can also see either a red or green light flash as measurements are taken.
Speaking of measurements, I got a size 10 for my pointer finger. It took some getting used too, but I didn’t really notice I was wearing it after awhile.
The app also tracks calories burned and excercise progress including steps walked. So far, I’m impressed with this ring ~ and the price is right!

This ring is okay. Looks good, works fine. The app is pretty good. Have no way to refer to accuracy though on most settings pretty much matches my watch. I question the sleep and O2 accuracy but have nothing to compare it too. Hearbeat looks pretty close. Biggest disappointment is the battery doesn’t last. My biggest reason for getting this was to track stuff in my sleep. Just can’t sleep with a watch on. When you are charging it every other day it’s easy to forget you don’t have it on.

The EOGBM Smart Ring Fitness Tracker Health Heart Rate, Oximetry, Sleep, Exercise Monitoring, Compatible with iOS and Android (Black) (8#) is good.
The first challenge I had was to select the ring size, I googled it and used the piece of paper method to measure the finger diameter/perimeter and was close enough to select the size for my wife’s finger.
Using a caliper, I measured the ring internal diameter and thickness and found it has 18.5mm diameter and 3mm thickness.
The smart ring seem to be well made, has no buttons whatsoever and there are two LEDs green and red that iindicates the battery charging status. There is no other human machine interface in the ring.
I use an iPhone and had no issues to install the app QRing and to pair it with the ring. The app interface is very friendly and easy to use. There are some configurations such as unit system, SPO2 detection, stress monitoring and heart rate measuring frequency that needs to be adjusted. The only thing I found in the app that doesn’t work is the find ring feature, it does nothing.
I found the smart ring more comfortable to wear while sleeping than a smart watch, but not sure how accurate it is since the readings are different than my smartwatch. The steps counter is also a little different when compared to my smartwatch.
The smart ring battery lasts around 4 days with all the body monitoring options enabled. I didn’t receive the app notification informing the battery is low, not sure if it is something with my phone. I am happy with the purchase, 4 stars.

The ring is well made and is fairly light. It’s is very easy to charge and does so quickly. Battery life for me is around 5 days. Frequency of measurements setting can affect that. My frequency of check is every 15 minutes versus the standard 30 minutes. The app is great. Track your sleep, heart rate, activity, and stress & O2 levels in the friendly app. Distance from steps is a little off for me versus GPS but probably to be expected with the variety of shapes and sizes people come in not to mention differing stride lengths. I have had zero functionality issues and everything is very intuitive.

So I’ll start with it works. The health tracking is pretty accurate, and the sleep tracking matches my Galaxy watch 6. The battery last’s roughly 4 days, this is with continuous (every 5 min) and sp02 continuous (every 1 hour) So neither are truly continuous. BUT, the battery also dies @ 50% every time. So paying $37 bucks to me is worth it.
