Decided to go back to ATX and I fell in love with the cases appearance. I purchased the 111M as it seemed like it would have the best airflow. It does a phenomenal job at moving air. I decided to go for an “MSI” build this time around after a bad experience with Asus. I went with the MSI 111M Gungnir, MSI X570 Tomahawk, MSI Coreliquid 360 cooler, and my trusty ole MSI 1070 Ti Duke. Everything works perfect together! The stock fans are very nice and honestly not too noisy. There is plenty of room for routing cables even if you do it rather messy. My only complaint is the bottom feet are gigantic and I ordered smaller adhesive riser feet that I plan on putting on. Given the only fan underneath is my PSU and the PC is on a table, I think I should be fine. I would totally recommend this case and I am glad I got it before it became unavailable.

This case was a pleasure to work with. It is well designed and layed out. Easy to get access to parts from the front or back, with a generous amount of room to work with in the power supply area. I really liked that it came with cable management, and rubber-sided cable pass-thrus to the front of the case.

The RGB controller easily powered all 10 fans that I ended up putting into the case (including the liquid cooler for the CPU).

I ended up removing the hard disk cage (I used SSD drives onlye) which provided even more room for the cables coming out of the power supply.

Es pequeño si, pero tiene unos ventiladores perfectos con muy buena fluidez del aire, tener en cuenta que si tienes una tarjeta gráfica bastante grande no va a caber, una 4090 por ejemplo, dato a tener en cuenta

This is a great looking case with great ventilation and lighting. If I need another case anytime soon, likely I’ll get this one again! Two thumb screws to get the side panels off make it easy to make adjustments, the USB c is a nice touch and the fans it comes with are powerful. What it didn’t mention that I saw is it has a rgb fan controller included to sync the fans that come with it. I had more fans so had bought a larger unit but I did think it was a quality touch

Man! the tempered glass really makes the colors pop. I’m loving this case. I used the MSI extender pcie 4.0 cable to do the vertical mount. The bracket comes with the chassis. The cable is pricey and as a lot of people would not use, it is not included. The pictures barely do it justice. A video would be better. My rear fan is currently set to CPU Temp. I can change it to color swirl now. I was watching it for a few days. It stays green even when playing Starfield @ 4k. CPU core temp is a frosty 32’C thanks to the MSI 360 cooler on the CPU.
This is a total MSI build. Intel i7-10700K on a Z490 MSI MPG Gaming Pro Wifi, 32Gb of overclocked Ram, the GPU is a MSI rt6800XT. The CPU vertical makes the remaining slot access real tight but I was able to put in a PCIe 4.0 to m.2 adapter with a 2 Tb wd black SSD on a short profile card. With TWO M.2 slots on the MB, I’m now at 4TB total. The case includes an RGB controller. The motherboard has two Jrainbow jacks. I’m not bragging, I’m just darned happy

I’ve been fixing computers since they filled a room. True story – I like MSI because the 1st time I saw one of their motherboards it was junk, the old microstar label. That was a long time ago. About 1987. Next board I saw looked better 🙂 and it went up at every release. They have grown into a top flight manufacturer. I have built several systems around their products for family and friends. Only motherboards I use.

Loving it. Love the look, lots of room for everything. A huge upgrade from what I’ve had. Light effects on the fans are even better than my last case. My only complaint – and its a minor one – the button on the case to change the light color is louder than I would like. Its a loud ‘click.’

I’ve built a lot of computers for people, and I’ve worked with tons of different PC cases, but this case takes the cake for me. I had never really had a nice case for myself, but after building a fancy new PC for someone recently, I decided it was finally time for me to treat myself to a new rig. I sifted through different cases for a while before finally coming across the MSI MPG Velox. Some things that caught my attention were:
    1. The tempered glass side pannel is held shut with magnets and swings open easily without the need to undo several screws. This makes it super easy to work on the computer or make quick adjustments to things.
    2. The case has a small window that lets you show off your PSU (while still hiding the cables) I love being able to see the graphics on my PSU
    3. Lots of ports and buttons on top of the case! 😀 Power button, restart button, led control button, two regular usb ports, a usb-c port, and your headphone and mic ports.
    4. A cool little rgb strip on the side.

Everything about this case feels sturdy and premium. I’m really glad I finally bought one for myself.

I went from a larger case to this case which was considerably smaller and can sit on my desk. I had a my reservations about cooling but so far it’s been okay and doing a great job keeping everything call. The RGB is nice and the case is well made.

In general I am well satisfied with this case. It is a mid-tower, so except a slightly more compacted space. Motherboard installation is very easy. The cables in the back are nicely bundled, but you have to open them up in order to get the front panel, audio and USB cables out to reach the receptacles on the mb. Plenty of places to get cables through from the back to the mb too.
Important to note is that you can only install a 360mm radiator in the front of the case, and you have to displace the HDD bracket to get the angle to get the radiator in place. That just involves unscrewing three screws, two accessed on bottom outside of case. Of course this means moving the 3 RBG fans already installed on the inside front to the outside front, but they will fit under the front panel when you put it back on. Actually, the only place to mount any radiator in this case is in front. Top mounting would be too intrusive over the mb. Same for rear.
Comes with four fans, and you can install two more 120s in the top.
Not much clearance in the back, and my mb power cord along with the ATXs made it slightly difficult to get the back panel on. With two mounting points for SSDs on the back, you will have to be creative about where to put any others. Make sure you have non-angled SATA cables for these mounted SSDs.
I like the magnetic dust covers, and the case design is sleek, simple and attractive enough.
I’m no expert PC builder. I just wanted to replace my 6 year old case with something nicer to hold my newer mb and components. This one seems like a very good solution for my standards.
