Useful device and good for small offices
Works great. There’s no complicated configurations. If you’re new to a time clock, you have to read the instructions.

Not even with the video this product was easy to install. Very hard and needed extra steps. Super hard to make it work.

I chose this one because I didn’t want to use an online program or subscription. With this time clock it goes straight to excel with totals. Weird though that I had to contact tech support just to be able to do that what that’s literally in the description. They have to give you an update to install into the time clock. Why isn’t it sold that way from the start?? Set up was a bit complicated. With the finger recognition it shows that you have to do every finger but i don’t think you have to. You have to press your finger hard and make sure there is no dust. Cards are way easier, or pin. Once your comfortable its great.

This works decent if you are just entering items manually and using the RF-ID cards. The finger print scanner doesn’t always register as expected this causes frustration and well just stops being used. Other than this I would say it works however after a several months of use I have moved on to another clock.

I’m sure it works great for a 9-5 company
My luck of the draw with the CSR not very clear with the specific question I had.

    Read the very last note.
    Requires set shifts (not flexible)
Payroll Reports/Periods can not be adjusted. Pre-programmed.

I purchased this item for my small business with 10 employees. I set it up with a pin code for each user, and so far its been working great. I liked that I didn’t have to pay a monthly fee to use the device. I wanted to download the time cards into Excel but it was downloading to a different format. I called the support and in less than 5 minutes they explained where I was going wrong and I downloaded the time sheets into excel without issue. I like this time clock so far and would buy it again.

I needed a new time clock that included RFID options and this looked similar to the one I was already using I didn’t need a cloud just the ability to export the punches on to a spreadsheet.
The set up of employees is easy, but for my business the requirement of fixed schedules in the time clock does not work and even when attempting to add a “schedule” it’s not reading the punches the right way. I’ve gone through this for 2 pay periods where i have to sit and manually type everyone’s (22 people) punches on to my computer because it won’t export because the schedule isn’t right.
I reached out to tech support and all they did was send me links to information and videos that are already on their website and pretty much told me too bad it has to use schedules. I would be returning this if I kept the box.

Me agradó que tuviera dos opciones para su uso tanto sin software como la conexión por USB y Ethernet y con respecto al servicio fueron rápidos en contestar. Videos muy instructivos. Su precio es asequible.

I have physically got a headache when trying to set this up. It reminds me of writing Basic DOS back in the 80’s. Except DOS made sense. After struggling for over an hour to make sense of a schedule, I finally had to let that one go. Keep in mind that if an employee clocks in where there is no exact schedule set and exact lunch breaks set then it will not recognize nor record the punch of the clock. And if an employee works 4 hrs then this device makes it mandatory to set a break during that period. I’ve only included two pictures. Don’t want to put the energy into showing every huge flaw that this device has.
And to set your fingerprints, it makes you scan each finger 3 times, slowly. So you’ll spend an easy 10 minutes with an employee. And to top it off, it got stuck on the last finger. And just stopped. Backed out because you can’t go forward. Then when re-entering the prints, it says that the finger was already entered and wants you to continue but no buttons will let it continue.
If someone clocks in, it will continuously say, Status IN. This doesn’t go away. What does that mean? Does it mean the last person that clocked out is clocked in? If someone clocks out, it still says, Status, IN.

I needed a time clock to record employees’ clock in and out, then total the hours, and i bought this time clock to try. Been using it for 2 weeks and works great. Highly recommended!
