Small and a good value for the money, new computers have gone up in price and a good recondition machine in my opinion can do a very good job for half the cost. It also helps tremendously who you buy it from. TekRefurbs is a very good example of their commitment to satisfy the customer and help when problems arise.

got this small tower a few weeks ago. Easy set-up with rudimentary knowledge of computers. so far, running well and nice to have a pretty fast computer than what I’m used to. I, for one, appreciate that they set this up for me w/an operating sys set up. I’ve read people complain and call that malware, which makes me wonder what they’re referring to. we’re very happy with this esp. for the price.

La pc funciona bien, muy rapida solamente que la publicacion establece viene con mouse y teclado inalambricos, y me enviarion uno alambrico, y no hay manera de reclamar, solo devolviendo todo el producto, no revisan las publicaciones antes de enviar

The only thing I didn’t like about this product was the bluetooth. Bought a usb adapter with antenna. Disable build in Bluetooth. And down loaded drive all with Windows 11. I’m not a tech. Amazon refinished is amazing. Bought the 2 year protection. Little disappointed. They only extent manufactured defects as a refurbished item though. Hopefully wont have to use it. Great product works great with our all the Microsoft bloat wear. Yet they still use Edge as a search tool unless you change it . Like Widows 10. Can run Linux, Libra 7.2. Haven’t decided yet.

Amazon has been very helpful, but this computer and the supplier CNB Computers are JUNK! The first one (yes, Amazon did an extra replacement) I couldn’t get anything to come up. The computer came with ZERO paperwork, no information, no instructions at all, including no name or contact of the supplier.
The second one after 2 days working with it and contacting CNB Computers (by email, no one there I talked to speaks English as their first language. I think it was French, but I could not understand them. I finally got the second one running after 2 days working with it, but when I tried to go online, it refused to let me download Google Chrome or Adobe Creative Suite. The JUNK Microsoft Edge browser keep crashing and giving error messages. I tried rebooting the computer, it totally died. CNB computers gave several suggestions, none of which worked. Then they wanted me to send me my phone number which was already in the email string multiple times – can they not read!
Amazon is great, they are refunding my complete cost. CNB owes me several days labor which I will never see. Now I will see about ordering a new machine.
DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED COMPUTER!

This is a replacement for the first one. The fist one died early in the warranty return period. I did the paperwork, packed it up and sent it back. The new one was in my hands very quickly. It seems to be working quite well. In 25 years of buying used computers from Amazon this is my first time to have one die while still in warranty. I appreciate the quick response. The indications I got from the beep codes was that the mother board had serious issues. At first I could get it to work around but then it just quit.

Computer works fine and is pretty fast for a refurbished computer. But it has a very noisy CPU fan that only gets louder as you place more workload on the unit. So be aware that if fan noise is an issue, take a pass on this.
