I’m a little disappointed in this machine since the advertisement for it included cappuccinos. To make them you need to have a way to steam the milk. This doesn’t have that. It has several ways to brew coffee but nothing along the cappuccino line. A little disappointed.

I recently bought the KOTLIE 5-in-1 19Bar Multi-Capsule Espresso Machine, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. This coffee machine is incredibly versatile, allowing me to use K-Cups, Dolce Gusto, Nespresso Original capsules, ground coffee, and 44mm ESE pods—making it perfect for anyone who loves trying different types of coffee.
The 19-bar pressure creates rich and flavorful espresso shots, and the option for hot or cold brew adds even more flexibility to my coffee routine. Whether I’m in the mood for a hot cappuccino, latte, or a refreshing iced coffee, this machine can do it all with ease. The milk frother works great for creating creamy foam for lattes and cappuccinos, making it feel like I have a professional coffee shop at home.
The white design is sleek and modern, fitting nicely on my countertop. It’s also relatively compact for such a powerful machine, so it doesn’t take up too much space. The machine heats up quickly and is easy to clean, which is always a bonus when you’re in a hurry.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include more detailed instructions for first-time users, but once I figured it out, operating the machine was a breeze.
Overall, the KOTLIE 5-in-1 Coffee Machine is a perfect choice for coffee lovers who want variety and convenience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their home coffee experience!

We have been Keurig coffee people for years. I like the options this brewer provides, for alternate choices. (Ground coffee, Nespresso, Keurig, Dolce Gusto capsules) Each different brand option just clicks in & out of the front of the machine. (shown in my last picture) I set it on the hottest setting and the water reached 70° The reason it lost one star for me is that it’s an expensive machine. I hope, for it’s price, it lasts longer than a couple years. Time will tell.

The KOTLIE is a great flexible coffee machine. For years I have been using Kurig cups but saw this and had to give it a try. The water tanks is easy to fill, I keep and empty plastic cup near the machine and use it to add more water, you take the reservoir off if you want. It comes with multiple cup/pod holders, 3 water temperature settings and 6 levels of the amount you want to brew. It does take some time to read the instruction manual and remember all of the settings. The one thing it does not do is handle tall travel size mugs.i made a fantastic cup of cappuccino – you use the 5th highest setting for the milk pod, after that brews nd froths, you drop in the coffee pod and choose the smallest brew setting. Came out perfect and tasted wonderful. I am keeping my Kurig just for tall travel mugs but the Kotlie is my daily coffee machine.

This is compact and sits nicely on the counter – water tank holds a good amount and the controls are simple after you sort out what they do.
This claims to be a 19 Bar coffee maker – that’s 275 PSI – which seeing the plastic construction and how it holds the coffee grounds, it seems very unlikely it reaches that full pressure. It has enough pressure for an espresso but not super high pressure.
The temp settings go from ambient to warm, hot (yellow) and very hot (red) – red seems to result in bitter flavors in many cases and yellow is hot but won’t be a steaming cup of coffee if you add any milk and sugar.
Finding the “just right” grind and coffee takes some experimenting – especially with the “amount” or volume of coffee adjustment.
The flow adjustment seems to be entirely time based – not volume based – with nothing in the coffee holder, the full flow setting will fill a large coffee cup to the top but once filled with fine ground coffee, the same setting can result in a very small amount in the bottom of your cup. This varies significantly with pods of different types and its easy to overflow a cup if set to the max with pods or course ground coffee and hard to get a double shot worth if the coffee is ground fine.
The pump stops after the flow timer but there doesn’t seem to be any additional steam that flows out afterwards – the grounds are left very wet in the coffee holder and need to be scraped out – because the metal cup sits loose in the holder, doesn’t have a handle and is very hot after brewing, its a little hard to reset for another cup right away – works fine for the first cup.
This does work – its nicely compact and quite quick to brew a cup – it works reliably and quickly with k-cups but is a little trickier with loose grounds.
I didn’t find this very noisy – it is a little pump running but not bad and didn’t shake anything up – quieter than many I’ve used.
Flexible, compact, fairly adjustable – its an interesting option

I have only used this machine with my own espresso grounds, not any pre-packaged pods. Regardless, I’m glad that I have the option of trying different brands of coffee pods. The attachments are easy to switch out and I’m looking forward to some experimentation.
The machine includes a scoop/tamper tool that you can use to pack your grounds. I was a bit unsure about how much espresso to use, but I suspect it’s probably a matter of personal taste. It seems like it would be difficult to overfill the grounds because the attachment has to close to fit into the machine, so I felt comfortable varying the volume slightly.
It took me a few minutes to understand the controls. I recommend holding on to the instruction booklet. It’s not really complicated to use, but there is some good information about volumes and temperatures in the instructions that’s worth keeping for reference.
The machine has a nice, compact design that allows it to fit on a kitchen counter without taking up too much space. Check out the pictures of the machine and a delicious, frothy espresso I made with it.
