I bought this juicer because my old one went out, and I wanted a slow press to make sure I get the maximum results when juicing this juicer did not juice much of the fruit. I had a lot of particles left over in the juice for example, when I juiced the orange, more of the skin and pulp was in, my cup more than the juice I had small parts of the oranges in the juice, and it came out very thick. I personally do not like this juicer and sent it back. this is more of a blender than a juicer. Also, it is really difficult to clean a lot of the fruit got stuck in small parts that are hard to reach.

I wish I could return it. You only have 30 days after purchase to return. So if you’re not an everyday juicer you won’t notice how crappy this juicer is until later on down the road. The first few uses it worked great nice and smooth easy to clean. Months later there loose pieces inside you can hear rattling if you move it. It cannot handle hard veggies like carrots or ginger. The entire machine will start moving around struggling to juice these hard items. The juice no longer comes out as a thin liquid. It needs to be strained after. Even with something as simple as apples as you can see from my picture is just pushing around sauce.the lid pops off track as it’s juicing.

*7/16/24 UPDATE: Returning as this machine is too frustrating and time consuming for a simple, small glass of juice. It is a struggle assembling and disassembling something that really should only take a few minutes and clicks. The maching also came to a jolting stop when juicing a small, wedge of a beet.
The actual juicing part is fine–it produces a great juice without a lot of moisture in the pulp (it could be much drier though). It’s the disassembly that is a PAIN. Trying to unclock this for cleaning has been ridiculous and honestly not worth it (I’ll use my Vitamix and strain it). It makes what should be a simple and quick task, labor intensive. I’ve just put it down and walked away because I was so frustrated (dumb, right?). I also feel like the motor is working hard for some of the fruits (beets especially) and I do not feel confident that the motor will not give out after 6 months of use.

I decided to start juicing again back in the summertime, and I had a high-speed juicer and was looking to get a slow juicer. I found this one and decided to give it a try. I think for the price, I didn’t feel like I would be losing out on something big if it didn’t do the job. Lo and behold, I was impressed. I wanted to batch juice and this juicer delivered. It took me an hour to batch juice 2 to 2 1/2 gallons of juice. I did what the instruction booklet said to do, I ran it for 10 minutes, then let it cool for 15 minutes. Never left a thing behind within the auger and screen. The pulp was always pretty dry, except for the really wet fruit like watermelon and such. Later, I discovered juicers with a hopper and I thought I’d upgrade to that so I wasn’t standing there the entire time feeding the juicer. Big mistake. The new juicer is horrible and more than twice the price of this one, so I came back here to purchase another one of these because I loved it so much and I gave the other one to my daughter, but she’s been juicing, too, and she loves it.

This juicer is great. It looks very nice, takes up no room on the counter and most importantly it chews through fruit like a machine. I put 40 pineapples, about 300 oranges including the skins, 1000 apples at least and a pile of more fruit and Vegitables in just the first days of purchase. I’ve had no issues and it keeps up to feeding it. I stop after 10 minutes and give it a rest as recommended. 10/10 would recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Would have been a great product, texture of juice fine. I bought the 1st one he stopped working after using it 2 or 3 times. I loved it so much I returned it and bought another one. Same thing happened, then I say enough is enough, I will return it for good this time.
Actually before I returned it I contact the manufacturer thru Amazon and someone by the name of Lily promptly responded to my email and kindly worked me thru on how to use the machine. Since then, I am very happy with it and revised my report by given it a 5 stars. It’s a solid and good machine if you take the time to understand how it works. I even managed to extract from it some nutritious true green spinach, kale, arugula, chard leaf juice
