I WAS very satisfied with this product. Loved the styling and ease of use, until almost exactly a year after purchase it simple stopped working. My thought is it’s not built to last. My previous kettle I bought at a discount big box store and would heat on my electric stove; it was not quick. It lasted years but slow. I loved how quickly this would heat my water. I will post update soon, but I doubt I will get another replacement even with it being within warranty. I have messaged the company about getting a replacement so we shall see how well that goes. If I have to purchase another, I will purchase another brand that will function longer and can easily be replaced.

Hi, It was a great kettle until it stopped working after just 7 months –similar to other reviewers (lever will not stay down). Supposed to have a two-year warrantee- am looking for a replacement.

Kettle quick working. Won’t power up. Followed troubleshooting procedure in manual but still does not work. It failed within the 2-year warranty. I have contacted the company multiple times through their “Contact Us” form on their website. It says they respond within 24 hours but I have received no response after four days. They do not publish a phone number or any other way to contact them.

We’ve had this kettle for about 4 months now after having had so many glass/no plastic electric kettles fail on us after less than a year or two. This one was recommended by someone I follow stating it was lead-free. We use it several times daily for hot water for coffee but since April, it’s getting almost double daily use making hot water to make sugar water nectar for the hummingbirds. You have to remember to NEVER grab the lid without a pot holder, as the ring on the top is super hot. Otherwise, it’s the most attractive glass tea kettle we’ve had yet – it works fast enough for our purposes, and we really hope it holds up to our regular usage. One other note would be that the spout is all glass – you do have to be careful to not bang/bump it onto anything hard!

The kettle is very stylish, the glass jar, round spout, spout filter are all the pros. Everything we liked in this kettle and we enjoyed having this in our kitchen for the past 6 months.
But unfortunately it has stopped working recently. We contacted the seller and conveyed the issue.
The customer service provided by the seller was amazing and they shipped us the replacement as the product has 12 months quality assurance. We are extremely happy by the service provided and looking forward eagerly for the replacement.

Escribi a Ascot a pedir el reemplazo gratis que promteten pero como esta importado el articulo desde EU, escribir a la pagina en EU. Me dice que tengo que escribir via amazon mx. Me pueden ayudar?
