These are now my dream pans! Food does not stick. Biscuits pop off with no problem. Baked chicken does not stick! No need to soak, just wipe clean with water soapy dish water and cloth. The metal frame makes it easy to remove from oven. Only item that needs mention, DO NOT attempt to grab from oven without oven mits!! Even with the silicon cover, pan is too hot to handle bare handed. Just grab the mits and all is dandy!

I love the way these pans make your dishes come out clean and smooth. They are easy to clean and were a great deal. Great addition. The only thing I did not prefer was that these pans have to be held with both hands and carried carefully before you pop them in the oven bc the bottom doesn’t stay.. in other words, it Moves, jiggles, makes waves or whatever. This was not a deal breaker for me because I just place a pan underneath and it is fine. The handles are sturdy and these pans are a little shallow which is fine for me. Be mindful to not overfill your dishes.

I got these pans for baking chicken and other meats. This did not work out real well as there are temperature limits and the meat was not thoroughly cooked. As well, for some reason, instead of browning the skin of the chicken, and making it smooth, the skin came out shriveled.
Apparently those who bake cookies, cakes and muffins have no problem with this cookware. So, if that is your orientation, the silicon pans are fine.

So I’m on the fence with liking these and maybe I could be using them wrong but my baked goodies still get stuck a little. This is my first silicone baking set so maybe it’s user error lol. I like the options in sizes that I can choose to bake with and the designs are cute. Pretty easy to use but cleaning mmm a bit more of a task.

I bought these because I thought they would be lightweight and easier for me to use than the metal or glass bakeware. I am a senior and can’t lift the weight I did in the past. These are a good solution for that. I like that they have a structured rim which makes them easier to handle getting them in and out of the oven. I don’t know what the rim is made of on the interior, but it is covered with the same silicone the rest of the pans are, so it’s seamless. I had only used silicone one other time and and liked it, so thought this would be a good addition to try. They are good, but are taking me some time to get used to how they feel. The silicone being flexible can make them feel a bit flimsy, but that’s the nature of the material. The food comes out good and doesn’t stick, however I always spray them first. They clean up nicely, too. I think dishwasher was not recommended, but I have put them in there and it works ok. They stack inside each other, so don’t take up much room when stored. The only drawback I can see is that they are not very deep.
