I ordered this because I often cook Blue Apron meals that require two sheet pans, and I only. had one. I’ve also used this as an extra sheet pan to be able to turn out a large number of cookies faster for a cookie exchange. After a few uses (all with parchment paper), it has a few spots that won’t come off – from oil or sugar that burned in. I did not expect that, but should have. The thing is HEAVY and heats up very evenly. So while on my old thin sheet pan, the cookies in the warmer part of the oven were crisper, on this one, they came out much more evenly. The higher rim is really great when I roast vegetables. It was on sale and definitely worth the money.

I knew Cusinart was a good product, but I was very surprised by this pan. I weighed it on my food scale and it was over 56 ounces! Sturdy for sure! and it is large – perfect for a good jelly roll sponge. Comes with a lifetime warranty. I am very pleased with this product. If you are on the fence – just do it and you will not be sorry.

These things are heavy duty! I was worried, when I used them for the first time, they would be ruined because I cooked with pizza sauce and cheese and some for on the pan. To my surprise, the stuck on pizza sauce and cheese was not stuck on and wiped right off with a paper towel! No warping and they definitely don’t bend! I want to replace ALL of my baking stuff with these!

This pan is great, it’s big and solid, so it takes up my whole oven shelf, i can fit heaps of cookies/roast potatoes/etc on it. It also doesn’t warp (at least in the 180oC temps i use it with.

These baking sheets (I own a few) are made of thick, heavy metal and perform well. I always use parchment paper to make cleaning easier for all my bakeware. When making a very sticky chocolate cake with mayo for the entremets, the sides did not stick to the sheet even without butter or baking spray. Everything bakes evenly in them. The only con for me is that when comparing it to Nordic Ware baking sheets, I feel I have less control over the baking time and overall performance. The same cookies in the same oven baked faster in Cuisinart on a higher shelf, and were still not finished in Nordic Ware on the lower shelf (I hope this makes sense). It looks beautiful and doesn’t scratch easily. I got them during Black Friday and for the price, you just can’t go wrong.

Very good quality baking sheet. It is sturdy and I like the higher lip around the edge. I’ve used it to bake cookies, put foil on it to bake potato wedges, even made a thin pizza in it. Easy to clean and looks like something a professional would use.
