There’s an outlet that unfortunately sits right behind my bed – this helped us save our cords from being bent out of shape and getting damaged. plugs right in and is quite sturdy. Happy to find one that’s a surge protector instead of just an extension.

Pues cumple con su función deser un suppersor tipo C, he realizado pruebas con diferentes electronicos. Tales como aparatos electrodomésticos y televisores. No he tenido problemas de que se echen a perder o sobre tensiones. Siempre es recomendable que tengas un supresor de picos también en tu acometida (clase A) para que tengas menos problemas. Por cierto se me mojo con un vaso de coca, pero la seque con una kotex y sigue funcionando. Por cierto es de la familia de General Electric.

Anteriormente tenía un supresor de picos muy similar en tamaño (6 clavijas), pero con los conectores por el frente. Al cambiarlo por este, pude salvar espacio al tener los cables ordenados de manera lateral. Mi temor era un conector inteligente que tengo conectado pudiera colisionar con la pared, pero no fue así. Al momento estoy conforme con el producto, esperemos que eléctricamente funcione cuando se llegue a necesitar por algún pico de voltaje

So far I can’t say that much about it. It has a good reputation and I bought it based on that, other reviewers, and a good price.
Since in Florida, we often have electrical surges because of the weather, It was bought to protect the fridge. We’ve lost one very nice fridge before to a surge. Lesson learned!
It’s a little too bulky, I guess it could redesigned to be thinner, but we are counting on it to do its job.
Easy to install, just insert it into the outlet. Has a good sturdy connection that can protect up to 4 appliances.

I bought an Amazon Echo Studio and it’s placed on the mantle over our fireplace. Instead of putting up a TV that is mounted MUCH too high for practical use, I have a large, framed piece of art leaning on the mantle, which hides a power outlet meant for a TV. This GE flat surge protector with side outlets provides a safer means of discreetly plugging in my pricier Echo Studio, without needing to run an ugly cord down the side of the fireplace. And there’s plenty of room to plug in and protect a second Studio Echo, if I ever decide to upgrade.
I admittedly hope to never find out how effective it is at protecting against lightning strikes, much like the other surge protectors in my home.

Was very excited to find these. They keep a bunch of small plugs near the wall to save space. Contrary to some other reviewers, I LOVE the fact that it has no indicator light. Why do I need an indicator light? I use these in my bedroom and I don’t need a bright BLUE light in there at night. I always have to block the light with electrical tape, which is sometimes a little tricky but usually not a very big problem. Anyway, it just stops working after the surge suppressor expires, which should take a very long time in most homes. We have a whole house surge suppressor on top of this so this should last a very long time in ours.

I really like the clean look of these, hiding the cords and not looking like a big tangled mess. They work great and the bonus is they really help allow furniture to be flush against the wall when you have a lot to power. It’s just slightly deeper than molding and since the plugs go sideways, it saves all that extra space. Love them.

Was looking for something to fit behind furniture but not cause it to stick out any further and this is perfect with the side style plugins. It is no thicker than our baseboards and cove molding so it works out perfect. also fits google circular plugs which was a worry of mine since they are wider than normal. 10 out of 10 for me!
