These are very lightweight but come with wall inserts to help support more weight – would hold a full shelf of books no problem. The product seems to change prices a lot – worth it when they’re around $120 as you wouldn’t get it cheaper at ikea at that price.

Bought these to fulfill an empty space that I had a vision for. These shelves can be mounted two different ways. As you can see in my picture I mounted them each way. The pack comes with 3 shelves but I only needed two.
Good value for your money, it is obviously not solid wood and thick iron but it is perfect for what I use it for. I recommend grabbing a laser level to help you mount evenly if you place to line them up like I did.

Purchased this to store all my books. The shelves are VERY LIGHT… but surprisingly, they hold all my books just fine. I find the price a little high for the quality (it’s very light and like cheap wood), however it does the job amazingly. So for this reason, I give 5 stars!

I finally got around to put up one of the 6 (bought two sets) shelves to test how it’d handle the weight of my books. I mostly buy paperbacks and manga, but do have a few hardcovers. Bottom line. The wood is just thin enough that it sags and makes me question if it’ll stand any test of time. Our plan is to reinforce the center with maybe small L brackets or something, but be forewarned that while this is advertised as a book shelf, it is definitely NOT durable enough for an actual book collection to be wall mounted. Maybe it’d work swell if you only utilize half of each shelf and put decor or other Knick knacks on the other side. Idk. Can’t judge that, but just be aware you may have to make your own modifications to strengthen the product, which for many defeats the purpose and encourages looking elsewhere. Either way, good luck.

These shelves are great. They hold all of my books and are super sturdy. The brackets can be positioned like book ends and work perfectly to keep the books in place. Great value. Super cute. I would absolutely purchase these again.

We purchased these to replace an old book shelf and to free up some space on the floor in our son’s room. The shelves look great on the wall and match another set of 5 narrower shelves we ordered the same week for putting up his action figures and lego builds.
The wood you can tell is pretty cheap and lightweight, but they do have a waxy coating on it to protect the surface and it smells like fresh cut wood. Installation is super easy as long as you have the right tools. Recommend having: power drill with a set of bits, phillips head screw driver, level, pencil (for marking holes), stud finder, rubber mallet or hammer, and a tape measure to ensure even spacing.

These look really cute and are very affordable. However I wish the holes came predrilled. You have to measure where you want the metal to sit on the boards and screw them in. For one shelf that would be fine, but with 3 you have to really check your measurements so they line up once on the wall. Predrilled holes would have saved me about an hour of time. But once they’re up they’re fantastic. My daughter is storing her Lego creations on them.
