Putting any amount of pressure, including accidentally bumping into it, pushes the flimsy rods holding the hamper together out of place and the entire thing collapses. This is the kind of product you’d find for <$10 at Wal Mart. Typical cheap Amazon garbage.

This product is a good size, has 2 bags inside perfect for a his /hers or to separate colors and whites. Love that it has a lid to keep you from seeing your dirty clothes and contain the smell. Only down side to this is I wish the rods were a bit thicker so it would be sturdier and the price is a bit up there for it just being a fancy laundry hamper.

This laundry basket is a little unsturdy but I love how much laundry it fits! It also makes doing laundry very easy as I’m able to lift out the basket and carry it straight to the washer!

I ordered mine and it arrived missing the 4 screws used to reinforce the frame. I wrote customer service and they shipped me a whole new hamper instead of just the screws. I wrote back and forth to the same person and she always knew me. Good company in my book.
