Its overall alright for the price but I had to change some screws for the wall coat rack. The hook goes loose and the wall mounting screws are terrible.

I missed my return window due to trying to put together. Unfortunately one of the hooks will not attach and the shelf itself isn’t level.

This is very handy. I use it by my back door to put my boys backpacks on my work bag and all of our shoes. That way we can take them off as soon as we get in the house. It does the job and it was pretty cheap for what it does.

We sit on the bench to take our shoes off and it feels very solid and doesn’t look cheaply made. It’s perfect for the wall space in our entry way too. It wasn’t too hard to assemble but took longer than I had expected.

Les crochets ne sont pas solides et bougent. J’ai dû trouver d’autres visses plus appropriées et mettre du carton sous l’ancrage pour que ça arrête de bouger. Idéalement, j’aurais dû prendre un autre ancrage complètement. Je ne peux pas accrocher de sac, ce serait trop lourd. On verra combien de temps le tout tiendra.

The quality seems decent, but I was missing the mounting stuff for the coat rack. The cam locks do not really fit into the holes on the bench so this made this surprisingly hard to assemble

Had the wrong length bolts and screws for the hook wrack portion that made it impossible to set up. I usually never struggle with self assembly, also had a neighbor look at it who confirmed it made no sense. In general the assembly strategy and components for this set were strange…some very heavy duty hardware and joinings for areas that didn’t need it and the whole thing came together oddly, even tho the bench looked good in the end, so at least I can use that. Wouldn’t recommend it because of the unreliability with parts

It’s a beautiful bench with shoe storage and coat rack for my mud room. I love the design, unfortunately I am not able to use the wall mounted coat rack as the screw holes to attach the hooks don’t go all the way threw. I will try to fix it with a drill bit but the wood may split. Wish me luch

It was a little tight to fit partial of the screw pieces but I figured it out( used my lite power drill for extra strength) and everything turned out beautifully. I’m pregnant and happy I can sit comfortably to put on or remove my shoes, when my husband isn’t around. Lol
