I am an Avid 3d printer. Ive owned both resin and PLA printers. I started with a monoprice mini moved to a creality, than a makerbot and than my mp10 which was my previous printer to this. My MP10 was great, and has served me well for a few years. However my cat also likes to attack my 3d prints so I wanted something more enclosed and protected. Also so I could do some higher temp prints.
On its face this looks to be a quality printer. Its decently study, well made and appears nice. Granted at its very high price tag which it is twice as much as any other 3d printer Ive owned it very well should be. However its been nothing short of a nightmare to get working well.
Ive been using it for about a month now and Im getting maybe 1 out of every 4 prints to be successful. Mostly due to errors occurring during the middle of the print when Im usually 12+ hours in. Somehow retraction or adherence just goes out the window and prints fail this far along. Ive noticed that anything with a longer than 12 hour print window has a very high fail rate. Ive tried everything I can to rectify this even so much as hooking up a UPS battery to see if it was possibly caused by some rogue power issue. Nothing has solved it though.
However failed prints arent the only shortcomings of this monstrosity. Bed leveling is an absolute nightmare. Its is by no means automatic. The print head moves around to 9 different points and you have to manually adjust at each point with this piece of mylar plastic they include. I can get this bed flawlessly level, yet it will never retain it from print to print. So I have to spend the 10+ minutes of calibrating it every time I want to print. Which is a huge PITA.
Another complaint is the door on this thing. It just wont stay shut. And my cat loves to peek her head inside constantly. Ive had to tape it shut every time I print something which makes this eight hundred dollar printer look like some yard sale find that I had to tape up to get to work.
Its pretty nifty and in theory great that you can simply swap print heads, however the print heads themselves are sub-par. Lots of clogs, poor feed, non-uniform layers and just being flat out cheap are the print heads. They should have just stuck with a traditional style rather than including a poor functioning setup.
Some of the smaller but non critical annoyances are: its louder than any other 3d printer Ive owned, its menu system is clunky, its proprietary software is buggy and has crashed on as many PC’s as I have (both mac & pc with various flavors of windows no less) The included filament is about the worst and cheapest filament they could provide. Id rather them not have included any at all if its going to be of such poor quality. Build plate adhesion is meh, I still use glue to keep my prints on the board. Cost is much higher than what it should be for a printer of this caliber. Like it should honestly be a third of the price of what theyre charging. The unit itself looks nice, but in person appears somewhat cheap. Truly the only poisitive I can say about this printer was its packaging which was robust and very well thought out. Too bad that didnt carry over to the actual printer.
As it stands now I brought my MP10 out of retirement and am using it again until I can get this adventurer 4 dialed in better. Considering its wasted so much of my time though I might just go office space on it and put it out of its misery.
If youre looking for an enclosed, easy to use printer, than stay far far away from this disaster!

I started 3d printing about 8 years ago. I have owned a few old-fashioned i3 printers and have been constantly upgrading them till the recent rise of the bambulab-like high-speed machines. I feel it is time to jump boat and give it a try, since a custom built voron will cost way more than the commercially available ones from established brands.
I got this machine at a discounted price. On paper it has almost all the fancy features one would actually use, like core xy, high-speed, vibration compensation, fast release nozzle, magnetic PEI build plate … I was pretty happy about the purchase.
The printer arrived 2 days ago. The installation was easy. I have been testing intensively since then. And here is my initial impression:
1. The print quality is good…when everything works fine.
2. It can go really fast but the fail rate is pretty high, especially on tall prints with small bases. Even with their sample filament, sample file and their own glue applied, the prints frequently detach from the PEI build plate during printing and cause disasters. And yes, I did level the build plate and perform vibration compensation. Situation gets better at half of the recommended speed. I am gonna try some 3rd party build plate and see whether it helps.
3. Either the remote control program flashprint5 or the printer’s firmware has bugs. After one task is finished or terminated halfway, the printer has a high chance of losing its position. When you start a new task, the extruder will go out of range and hit the frame on the right. You will see the out of range error on screen and hear dying sound of the poor timing belt. The program will ask you to home the extruder but don’t allow you to by saying system busy doing previous task. BTW, i am already on the latest firmware.
4. Again about the software, unlike klipper, the user interface is only good for multimachine management, it is not very informative or even responsive. The attached manual is also kinda over simplified. I consider myself pretty experienced, but it still took me quite a while to figure out the UI. And yes, I can read both languages on the manual.
In summary, the hardware has the potential to compete with best printers in the league, but there are quite a few “solvable” bugs. I am not going to return the machine, the build itself worth the price I paid. I am expecting an OTA maybe? To amuse fellow (potential) buyers, I am attaching a few of my good/died prints. Good luck printing.

Tough screen is bit small, and mine was missing the instructions, but you can get the instructions on line or watch a you tube setup. Otherwise with my limited printing times so far. It has been the finest printer I have owned. I have owned about 12 fdm printers. Fastest with best quality. It is my first core XY. I print at the default 300mm second with out any issues. And for the price it is great. I plan to buy at least 1 more. I have not touched other 3d printers since getting this one. Only had it a week, but used it everyday for my business.

I needed a printer to do single color to sit beside my P1S. This fits the bill. It is fast, easy to use. I took it out of the box, set it up and removed the packing materials and screws. Set up a print using the Flashforge slicer and it worked flawlessly. I love the easy change hotend. Changing filament is a little strange but it is easy enough. I would recommend this to anyone that is just getting into the hobby.

Unit arrived with a displaced printing platform and a large plastic piece broken. There is noticable damage to the front plastic on the printing plate.
