I was searching for days for two patio lounge chairs. As you all know patio furniture is pricey especially for quality pieces and thick pillows. I was about to pay with another retailer online $1330 for the same chairs. My husband told me to check Amazon before I checked out. I cannot believe I almost got ripped off this way, double the price. It was a big store with a reputable name and I thought I was getting a great price. Lesson learned!! One chair had a small scratch on one of the armrests but too small to make a big fuss about it. I absolutely love them. Great buy and find and received very quickly! Easy Assembly, about 20 minutes for the first one, and 10 minutes for the second one. So 30 min to assemble both but my husband is very good at this type of stuff.

I purchased 4 chairs and a matching coffee table. All pieces came well packaged and with all pieces. That’s good because according to other reviews, you can’t order a missing or damaged piece without an entire new item sent to you and then you have to ship original back. The boxes are huge. I have one chair with a dimple bend in the arm and will just live with it. Assembly is fairly easy and definetly got easier after the first one. Here are a couple of tips. You will need a ratchet wrench with the right size Allen bit. My small electric screwdriver with the right bit worked too but it isnt powerful enough to torque it down. The tool they give you works but it’s torture. Also, there are 4 black plastic inserts in the ends of the seat piece. They are packaging material and need to be taken out and discarded. This isn’t stated in the directions. These chairs seen very strong once assembled and they are wide and comfortable. the design of the arm is flat and wide enough to easily place a cup of coffee on them. All in all i am happy with them although typical workmanship from a product made in China. Sorry, not sorry.

Super easy to put together. I’m surprised how incredibly light these are and yet so sturdy and comfortable. The cushions are nice and thick, but take up a lot of room if you plan to store them in bad weather. Everyone is asking where we got these. We purchased the Allstate 5 year protection plan at checkout because we will be using these all year. These are really handsome on the deck, highly recommend!
Only issue is the massive white brand tag on each one that really takes away from the appearance. Even when you cut it some white still shows. They don’t show that in the pictures

I really love this chair and have purchased four of them with beautiful orange cushions. I purchased the option direct from Modway and they utilize Federal Express . I”m updating this review to warn purchasers that these cushions fade after one summer, which is just awful for the price point. They are not fade resistant at all. I emailed Modway to see if I could purchase new covers, but they don’t offer that option. Instead they sent me links to places on the web where I could order special made cushion covers (really?). would advise to steer clear of Modway as they seem to have substandard products.

They look great but virtually offer no back support. If you are looking for comfort or a chair to lean back and relax keep looking these are for people that don’t use them . A folding lawn chair is ten times more comfortable then these design failures

Ordered 2 of these chairs. Chairs themselves are fine, no complaints. However they shipped them via the US Postal Service for some $reason$. So what I received at home was a slip to come on in to the local Post Office and pick up your two chairs. If you have a pick-up or cargo van and like to stand in line for parcels knock yourself out. I have a hatchback and had to make two separate trips to get ’em home. Ordered the matching table as well, same thing there.

UPDATE:
Within a week of submitting a replacement request. I received a completely new box. I opted to just swap the arm rest I needed and ended up switching the seat base too because I received one that seemed to have pinched ends where I can’t connect the parts.It’s obvious that I received a used/damaged product. Customer service helped to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. They shipped the new box and picked it up after I made the swaps at no cost to me.
Product itself is great. The cushions are, supringly, water proof. Very sturdy. Exactly as pictured.
