The sides and back of the grill have large openings which allow all kind of critters including raccoons getting inside. I brought it to Weber‘s attention, their customer service said they would pass it on to their engineers to have it changed in the future. When I talked to a management representative they denied the flaw and declined reimbursing me for adding stainless steel mesh to hinder any critters from getting inside. Extreme poor design.
Before I had the mesh added I had raccoons in the grill almost every night.

Needed to replace another brand of grill that the parts were rusting out. Already replaced them once and didn’t feel like doing it again. I started shopping for another grill. Having used (and currently own) several smaller Weber style charcoal and gas grills I decided that was the direction I wanted to go. Do not regret the purchase at all. Some of the other models come with extra “features”, however they were of no interest to me. Give me a grill that heats evenly, is well made and has an analog thermometer in the hood. Grill heats to between 550-600 with the cooler weather. Will most likely go over 600 with warmer weather. Cooks great. If you are looking for a solid Weber without all the bells and whistles this is the one.
It was delivered using Amazon scheduled delivery. First time using that service and I was impressed. Being semi rural we have issues getting our regular packages as they usually ship USPS. For this delivery I was able to select the day and a time range for delivery. The company keep me informed the entire time and the driver called on several occasions to keep me updated. It came when it was supposed to, damage free. If you have this option I would recommend it.

Starts instantly every time (on battery) heats up very fast on natural gas, cooks evenly everything we’ve tried, does not flare up (haven’t tried hamburgs yet). Assembly was pretty easy, everything fit together well. Our best grill ever!

I opted for the free build. The crew put it together and I used it for the 4th of July. It’s a large, 3-burner cooking surface. I hooked it up to my house natural gas connection which negates the propane tank…a great feature. It always ignites on the first click as well. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the even cooking of the hot dogs and hamburgers I grilled up for the 4th celebration with my family.

I have a Webber approximately 10-12 years old and I can’t believe how much cheaper this new grill is.
I can’t get the igniter to work. I replaced the igniter after changing the batteries 3times and still no spark.
I can light it manually and then it works fine. What do I have to do to get the igniter to work ??

Assembly instructions were somewhat confusing, but product is high quality. We had a similar model Weber grill fueled by propane, but only natural gas is permitted in our current neighborhood. So, we look forward to grilling many family meals with this natural gas version.

This is. A great grill we used it on our back yard bar. Love silver hard to find but great for long lasting and can just replace things as needed.
