Most everything went together very easily. One issue I ran into was the assembly of the coffee table. The welds must have pulled the legs together enough to where the holes didn’t line up. I was alone so luckily; I have a small bar clamp that I used to spread it enough to line it up. I’m pretty sure if you have a strong helper, you can get one bolt started and have someone pull on it till you get the other bolt started. Or if you’re lucky, you won’t have this issue. Anyway, once you get past this, it’s well worth it. This set is beautiful!

Didn’t come with the correct parts. I could put the couch together, but the two chairs came with barstool instructions and parts. When I finally got the chairs together I found that the covers didn’t fit the cushions. Now I have chairs that were a nightmare to put together, and still can’t use them!
Update: Customer service reached out and took care of my issue.

Got my shipment which came in two orders three boxes one day one the next. Everything seemed well packaged. Today my grind and I started putting it all together. Do not attempt to do this alone you’ll be very unhappy. The instructions are nothing more than photos which can be a bit frustrating but doable. We got the two chairs and Ottomans together but some of the screws were tough as the holes didn’t line up properly but we made it work, we even had one screw a head stripped out. We then tackled the sofa, well that’s when it all went bad. There a center support/feet that didn’t have any holes one the one side to affix them to anything, and checking where you’d mount the back the holes were of by a lot so there is no possible way to put the sofa together. And we were missing three nuts. I called there customer support line just to be told the mail box was full. I’ve subsequently sent an email and am waiting for a reply. So disappointing.
What we did get put together I do like although getting the cushions into the covers takes two people, Ugg.😩
I will adjust my review once I hear from them, otherwise I’ll have to start a return.
UPDATE: Customer support got back to me the next day. Stated they don’t have replacement parts so they shipped out a new sofa. Came with all new cushions. Here’s where it gets strange. Upon putting the sofa together we found that the bottom external sections that needed a part that was labeled “C” which goes on one side and “D” which goes on the other side we’re both “C” instead of one of each. Luckily I still had the parts for the other sofa so I was able to get this together.
I’m leaving the rating as is due to quality control issues but give 5 stars for customer service.
I love the set it looks great is solid once put together but again instructions are really confusing.
I’d still purchase this again as they stand by there product.

Beautiful and comfortable! I love these pieces! This patio furniture is everything we were hoping for. They are a perfect fit, whether you have a spacious deck or a limited patio area, the Phi Villa 3 piece set is a MUST! The cushions are deep, which we love! And the neutral color works great with any other outdoor patio colors!
Just days after ordering, we received the packages. My husband said these pieces were super easy to put together. It was fully assembled in less than an hour, and without ANY cursing! 🙂 All the necessary nuts, bolts and tools were provided, including spares! (One may or may not have rolled into the pool.) They’re made of sturdy steel construction, great for outdoor furniture!
In a nutshell, we are THRILLED with this patio furniture! We give it 6 stars! Now we’re off to open a bottle of wine and enjoy our new furniture!
