Company was extremely helpful. I never programmed a register before and needed to learn how to do just the simple processes. They FaceTimed me and walked me through how to set it up, and use it. They were very patient and helpful! And the register itself is nice, with high quality receipts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new register!

Easy to programmed! Definitely use the videos the company has made to programmed the cash register. The manual included, even though, it has detailed instructions, if you haven’t used one of such cash register, they are hard to understand. After setting it up, its the best thing ever… We needed it to set up the tax, and because it allows you to set up different tax to each department, it’s well worth it! Love it!

This is a nice register to use for both big and small business. It is exactly what I needed for my store! The manual it came with was a bit difficult to understand in terms of initial set up, but once I called customer service, they had one of their technicians call me back and run through quick set up together on video call—everyone was super helpful!
I would definitely recommend this product to any of my business acquaintances.

I am very happy I chose this machine. I was looking for a basic cash register that can handle all the functions I would need at my store and be easy for my employees to use. I love the size as it takes up a small footprint on my counter. It also looks really nice. I had the machine ready to go in about a half hour. It was easy to set up my PLUs, a few departments and clerks, and preset discounts. I had a question about getting the tax included in the total as it wasn’t showing, and I got through to Nadex in 2 minutes and they showed me how to set it up the way I needed. It was in the user manual, but I went through it too quickly. One thing I would say is to buy extra printing paper as it came with one roll. Changing the paper couldn’t be quicker. I highly recommend it!

We just took possession of this register and had some issues with understanding the instructions. Called every phone number listed in documents and all were disconnected.
We scanned the QR code and set up an appointment on the phone with “Adrian”. No call was made from this person. We are struggling with absolutely no help from NADEX.. I would not recommend this register due to poor, very poor tech support.

The media could not be loaded.
I set it up for numerous employees and had no issue programming sales tax. The machine is sturdy and the cash drawer is high end. Much better than my previous plastic drawer one. I was impressed with the customer service too. I needed help with adding my store name to the receipt and they walked me through it with no issue.
