This is a nice summer weight sleeping bag. Here are the pros and cons of this bag as I see them.
Pros:
* Lightweight insulation. Summer weight bags aren’t heavy by nature but they can be heavier if designed with heavier materials either for durable car camping or cheap kids bags. This bag is warm and lightweight but it isn’t also the cheapest summer-weight bag you can buy.
* Solid and functional zipper. They say this has a no-snap zipper and while not perfectly true is does work very well and has a nice large easy-to-grab zipper pull.
* Internal gusset/flap around the zipper to prevent drafts.
* Small internal pocket for valuables like a watch or wallet
* Packing cords to keep the bag rolled up when stuffing into the stuff-sac (which has compression straps to reduce size.)
* 2 Connection points to hook up rows of bags.
* Inner liner is brushed microfiber that wraps around the top edge of the bag so your chin isn’t rubbing on a seem.
* Colors. Obviously a personal preference thing but I like the vivid orange and blue colors.
Cons:
* Not the cheapest bag on the market. This bag has a few nice to have camping features that reduces weight to allow for pack camping while adding some convenience and comfort but those add a bit of cost.
This is a nice bag and seem like a good value for what you get. That said, if you’re looking for a cheaper bag and plan to car camp or are looking for a cheaper bag for the kids for backyard camping and sleepovers, there might be better options out there.

My son took it on a trek in the mountains. It is not the most size-efficient for backpacking although you can strap it down and make it really tight with enough effort. I would also recommend having a buddy to help you put it in the bag if you prefer rolling, but stuffing is also an option. However, the actual sleeping bag was excellent. It kept him insulated and comfortable during the night, and the zipper didn’t get caught. It is very wide so don’t use a pad or mattress that is too narrow.

I’m a pretty seasoned backpacker and hiker. Bought this sleeping bag to replace one I’ve been using for several years. While it is warm and toasty, at least compared to my last ~5C temp bag, it’s quite large and has some weight to it. Probably only around 3lbs, but still more than I expected. I crushed it down as far as I could, but think it will be beneficial to add a second compression strap and see if I can’t get it smaller.
I’ve used it on a couple different trips in the last week and find, too, that you need to carry a separate underquilt or similar. If it’s around 5c, you will still get a bit chilly with just a sleeping pad and the usual bottom tarp/tent floor/truck bed. Second trip I brought my old sleeping bag along to lay underneath and had a toasty sleep. So, it’s not quite that you have all that bulk but you’re good; you’ll have all that bulk then still need to bring extra sleeping materials on top of your usual long baselayers.
Having said that, I do absolutely love this sleeping bad all the same. The inside material is almost like a micro-fleece/faux-suede situation that is really nice to slip into after a long day hiking/fishing/kayaking. The sleeping bag’s zipper isn’t drafty in the least and slides relatively easily up and down without much yanking or fidgeting. The bag has a built-in strap to help you compress it down after you roll it, and frivolous though it may be, I do like the colours and their brightness and fidelity. Lastly, there is a pocket towards the top opening of the sleeping bag that seems meant to hold a phone, keys, etc. It’s a bit too small to securely hold my iThing 12 Pro Max if that matters to anyone. Great size for holding a lighter and any smokables, though.
Oh I just remembered so I’m throwing it here: I think my hot mug of tea may have melted the exterior material slightly after resting upon it for a few seconds, a couple times one morning. On my next excursion I’ll double check whether or not I’m right about this and update the review.

The sleeping bags themselves work good but the stuffsacks will rip apart the first time you try to compress them.

One of the main reasons I purchased this bag was the description of Big & Tall Design for campers up to 6’5″. Well, I’m 6’3″ and this bag isn’t quite long enough for me. It appears that the bag measures 6’5″ if you measure the bottom of the bag from the toe to the curved portion that gets positioned under your head. When I lay in the bag, I have 2″ of space above my head if my toes are jammed to the very bottom of the bag…but the part of the bag that is on top of me is much shorter than that. So, I can’t get inside the bag entirely at 6’3″.

Nice lightweight bag for warmer nights. Well made and large enough to move around in at night. Just what I was looking for. The lining is comfortable and soft on the skin. The only thing I don’t like is the bright yellow color.

Purchased for my 12 year old’s camping trip. Couldn’t figure out how to roll back up using the attached cord and instructions. Sleeping bag came wrinkled, but perfect for amateur camping. Has a cotton like material on the inside and nylon on the outside.

I bought it because it was advertised to be good to 20F but when we received it the label says good for 40F. We were looking for a sleeping bag for winter camping, so we are returning.

I ordered this sleeping bag to toss in our family’s bug-in bag/kit and not to take it camping and have not taken it camping so please know that’s the perspective of my review.
Pros:
– Quite small and lightweight packaging when all rolled up
– Very easy to undo and unroll and almost as easy to roll up and stuff back in its bag
– Comes with its own storage bag that straps everything down and compacts it for travel or storage
– Lightweight material perfect for what I intend to use if for or perhaps a cool summers camping night
– Very soft material at the opening that will be touching your face
– Small hook-and-loop closed pocket at the top of the inside flap for a cell phone presumably (although my new iPhone won’t fit in there)
– The zipper is designed very well and didn’t get caught the handful of times I slid it open and close while laying inside for a few minutes
Cons:
– This is most definitely a summer’s night sleeping bag. I did lay inside the bag for about 5 minutes and was very warm indeed, but I was in my house. I could feel a noticeable heat inclusion inside the bag as I took my arm out of the bag. It does keep in the body heat but I would be very warry of taking this on a very cold night’s camping trip.
– A slight bit expensive for the type of bag it is, but it is a good name brand
Very glad I picked this item up and will be glad I have it if ever needed. Good name brand, well made, and easy to pack into a small portable or stored package. Great bag.

I am familiar with Coleman brand and I have had good experiences with their products so I thought I would give this one a try.
I had a few questions about this product which included:
1) Does this keep you warm at 40 degrees?
2)Is it Comfortable?
3)Would I recommend it for the price?
After taking it out of its packaging, I could see that this sleeping bag was compact enough to make it easy to carry. After unfolding and refolding it, it was pretty simple to bring it back to its compact state. As far as warmth is concerned, I did try it at 40 degrees and for the most part it worked pretty well. I am 5 feet 10 inches and I fit pretty well in the sleeping bag. For the most part I stayed warm but I definitely would not recommend using this bag for anything lower. As far as comfort is concerned, I have to say that it is definitely there and throughout the night you should not have any problems as long as you are not a super tall person.
Overall, I was pretty happy with this product and for my height it worked perfectly. The price is a little bit on the pricey side but I have to say that the product feels premium enough to still recommend it for the price point. I hope this review helps you make an educated purchasing decision.
