Don’t know yet. I have to wait 24 hrs, to turn it on. It was delivered upside down. No remote came with it. No instruction booklet came with it. It has two small plugs in the front case, but only one plug outlet for the larger plug.

Replaced New 3-year-old GE 24,000 BTU, piece of junk. Easy installation.

Installed unit and when turned on the fan was hitting the shroud. After inspecting and try to stop the problem we discovered it was damaged when delivered

Not only is it difficult to install because it has this weird plug that requires an international adapter to use, but also it came a bit damaged on the vents ( looks like it was already a return) but moreover it worked for one night and in the morning ive noticed an error CH34 which how on earth can a window ac have that error?? It was installed correctly, even sacrificed the window by cutting some edged off it just to get it in and now its showing an error! Called LG explained the error that doesnt even show in the manual and they thought i had a central air AC and told me to talk to amazon to return or get it replaced. Now im returning it and would probably get a different unit as this is so massive and heavy it doesnt make sense to keep it. I would stay away from this AC unit, its sad especially that i love LG products so much especially their TV’s and fridge’s but their AC’s are not it
