It arrived from the seller and didn’t work. I had to send it back to Hatsan and have them repair it before I could even shoot it. Very poor quality control. It’s a fun pellet rifle to play with when it works. A local gun dealer has bought 15 in the last year, with 1/3 having to be sent back to the factory before they would operate.

I ordered one of this and I was so disappointed because I want able to use it even once because when you pump air the air is leaking, the worst part of it is you have to pay for the shipping to return

I just wrote this review to be helpful if your new airgun will not hold air try this. Cock the air rifle dry fire it cock it again dry fire it then add air. Note you are filling from empty so it will take 200 psi or so to make any pcp gauge move maybe more. Hope this helps people go have fun.

When you pay over a grand for an air rifle you expect to be able to use it for a while but this gun broke down right away …everybody said I was crazy and now they are laughing their #$$ off but ill get the part and have it going again its just disappointing

Yes this gun has had a lot of problems over the last couple of years. Lotsa lemons. Simple solution. Buy directly from pyramid air, pay $10 for them to fill your tank, make sure the seals settle properly, and put it through a 24-hour leak test. Pay 10 more dollars for them to test fire 10 rounds to make sure the mechanism is working properly. They will also provide chronograph readings for all 10 Rounds. (For $20 they will zero your scope and test 20 rounds in the process)
It’s $1,000 gun. Pay $20-$30 for them to identify any issues. Then enjoy. It is an incredible machine.
