It floats really nicely and you can feel where the ball is going. The weight is perfect and it feels amazing to dig and spike.

My 12yo is into volleyball big time at the moment and researched which volleyball is the best. He settled on the Tachikara SV5WSC and has not been disappointed. Not only does he use it on court, but also around the playground. It has withstood all punishment thrown at it and is still intact. It has also maintained its shape, retains air nicely and still feels soft to the touch

I think the bad reviews are bad shipping. I recommend if you want to get a good ball.

It’s a good quality but when we blowed it up there’s something inside that shakes and feels weird when you hit it and it’s hard to hit it far.

Best money ever spent on a volleyball! I’ve purchased a number of volleyballs in the past few years. Other brands eventually came apart at the seams or would always need inflating after a few uses.

Have had many compliments on this particular volleyball as far as its color, durability and feel. Others always put their personal volleyball aside and insist on using this ball when I show up at the volleyball court.

Cool color and works great, I love the feeling of this ball.
Obviously its not as high quality as the expensive $120+ Mikasa balls, but its definitely up there.
I play volleyball very often and if its not the high tier Mikasa ball, this one is definitely my go to.
    Definitely preferable over Molten balls.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, were those people just unlucky and got defective balls?
Got it on sale and it was the best $50 I ever spent

My entire family plays volleyball at a local club and always bring this volleyball to play. The material is cheap and plastic feeling like some other volleyball brands and it is soft enough that it doesn’t hurt as bad as other volleyballs do when they are hit hard.

My daughter used this ball when she was in high school. Its a great ball to us if you or your child is in high school and needs an extra ball or two to practice with. I also own the Filsatec which is $50 dollars and I think is a best ball you can own. But if you don’t want to spend the $50 on a Filsatec then this ball is a very close second place.
