This piece of equipment was very easy to put together. Very simple to fold and Store. I was looking for a overall body exerciser, this works very well. I have had a serious knee injury, and could not use the flat row machine, but this works very well and it is not hard on my knees. It also has good upper body movement, which helps the arms and the chest area. I am a 66 year old female.

Well, I really like this but it’s making noise and I’ve only used it a week. Not sure if I’ll keep it due to the noise, it’s supposed to be quiet but mine is squealing, ugh! Going to ask manufacturer if I can use something on it to stop noise. It’s been a really good workout and believe it or not I’ve trimmed almost an inch…that’s crazy, right. It’s only been a week. Update: Ok, so I got rid of the noise at the bolts with 3 in 1 oil thanks to my husband. No problem now, but… I feel it’s not a true squat work out and that’s what I was looking for. Really I’ve tried different postures on it and feel that most of the burn is in my thigh. I did lose a few inches but I was looking to strengthen my core. Don’t get me wrong, I feel the burn somewhat in the abdominal muscles and lower back. However since my reason for getting this piece of equipment was for core strength I feel it falls short. So, I think this piece of equipment isn’t the best for me. Try doing some squats without this equipment nd you’ll understand what I mean. Hope this helps.

I wanted a rowing machine, but found they were out of my budget so I went for this vertical version and wow! I am so glad I did. This works all the muscle groups just like the horizontal rowers only better because it is so compact! When I was creating my home gym I had limited space… this fits in perfectly! Super easy to put together too!. I absolutely recommend this verticle rower!

Easy to assemble, can be adapted to all heights and fitness levels. I watched a you tube video on how to assemble- was much clearer than the directions. You do need to finagle it about when you first get one but after that it’s easy to use

Unlike other rowing machines, this is easy mount and dismount. Good assembly instructions. Very easy to adjust your workout. This is a perfect workout for a senior who has difficulty with knees, getting up off the floor or down on the floor. No need to do either with this Gives a great whole body workout

The machine quickly developed (less than 4 months’ time) squeaky sounds and I just basically lubed every part that could potentially make the sound. I still don’t know where it came from but it’s gone now. Other than that, the machine itself is still sturdy and I’m not worried about it breaking down.
I can’t comment on how effective it is as a workout but I figure it’s better than nothing for a homebody like me.

I also read that there are 3 versions of this product the Pro and the Max Pro, each one for 100 and 200 dollars more, but not worth the extra money.
