2 of the 3 bands broke within one week. Do not buy this product, it is a total waste of your money.

I am just a beginner with this tool. I carry it to work in my bag and use it in my office and back home to use.
I thought the tool would be flimsy. Fact is, this is a very durable buddy and I doubt I will break this anytime soon, if ever.

I got it with coupon for 15 bucks and I don’t think that this should cost anymore than $15. The material that these bands are made of and the bag isn’t of a great quality. And also, solid black is like 23 or24 bucks and this one was 17 and some change. Why does it cost more because of the color???? Thats ridiculous!!! Anyway, I really like this because there are lots of leg exercises that I do that require smaller resistance bands and these are perfect, plus I usually twist the ankle straps to the side to make the band tighter for more resistance. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the second D ring on the straps because I have to completely remove the bands in order for me to open up the straps so that’s a pain but I definitely can deal with that.

I just received my order yesterday. I was super anxious to try these since ankle weights can be so hard on my knees. The thickness and width of the bands are perfect so you have stability when exercising. The bands are very strong and durable, don’t let the size fool you. You are able to feel the tension when working out. The product pamphlet has some good suggestions for workouts, after only two sets I feel the difference. I am certain this is going to help give me the results I am looking for with continued use!!

Let me preface with the fact that while I’ve had these for a year I’ve only used them for about 6 months out of the year, maybe once or twice a week. They are not used daily. Today the weakest cable band snapped during my workout. Such a bummer!
Aside from that major disappointment, this has been great for my at-home workouts and they are so easy to throw in a suitcase if I want to travel with them.

It’s exactly what I needed, the straps are pretty short which is great for what I need, but being so short a few exercises illustrated would not be possible, but great for me. Very quick delivery.
