The good:
– easy to change weights
-very stable
– feels safe and secure
The bad:
– Both cables are too long (we mounted ours ~8 feet in the air using the short cable and had to jerryrig a way to shorten it by ~2.5 feet to make it usable)
– The carabiners are difficult to get on and off. They feel a little cheap and are too small, but are easy to replace.
Despite the shortcomings, this is a very good system for a home gym. This WILL burn up your triceps and is easy to set up and use. It took me about 10 minutes to set up.

This little pulley system is quite good, especially considering the cost. It’s quite sturdy, comes with an adapter sleeve for 2″ plates, and a number of other little accessories that make it really versatile.
I do wish there were a way to extend it a little further and/or get some extra parts. For example, if there were a kit with extra D-rings, an extra pulley, and/or a longer cable (for more complex setups), this system would be really first class.
That aside, the only complaint I have about this machine is that the pad at the bottom of the pin likes to shift and will need replacement at some point. I can probably come up with some sort of bumper material on my own, but like with the replacement D-rings, it would be nice if I could order those parts from the company.
Nitpicking aside, this is a great pulley machine for the money and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add some versatility to any home gym.

I have a bench and some free weights in my garage and was looking for a pully system for triceps specifically. It was super easy to hook up to my garage door track and use the existing plates I already have for weight.

I saw the Mikolo pully system recommended for home gyms and was able to get it while it was on sale on Amazon. Best addition to my rack for pull down exercises. Very well made for such a small box. Comes with several (2) bars but you can purchase other attachments as needed. Great for adding extra exercises to the home gym setup.

I’m more than happy with this item. I was a little worried as to what it was going to be like but I needn’t have been. It all looks and performs as I’d hoped. It all appears to be well manufactured. It does have a silent wheel as advertised, there’s a choice of wires, both of which seem strong to take more weight than I will ever use. I have only used 45kg with it and that was fine, no problems. All round a great addition to have to exercise my back, biceps and triceps. Would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality. I normally use free weights but wanted a cable system to do rehab exercises with lighter weights after a shoulder injury. I attached this to my power rack and it’s perfect for what I need.

Not very quality parts. Im by no means strong, and usually dont load more than 100 pounds for any reason, and after a few months of moderate use the rubber on the cable split.
I say its still worth a shot for the price but dont be surprised if the quality matches the price, cheap.

Excellent addition to my home gym. I was worried about it snapping whilst doing heavy tricep pull downs but was pleasantly suprised about how much weight it could take and how smoothly it flowed. I cant fault it. I literally attached it to my pull up and dip station and was all set to go. Easy to set up fun to use good value for money. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Would definitely recommend
