Bought this as a gift for my coffee-addicted dad and he loves it. It sees daily use and still works great after over a year and a half. It boils water very quickly and quietly and shuts off automatically when it is done. The gentle blue light is very nice for early mornings, and boils the perfect amount of water for family coffee/tea. Very convenient to own and it saves my dad a lot of time in the mornings.

Finally, a kettle that works! (don’t ask, but this is our 4th kettle, I have kettle-fatigue …)
It’s a good capacity if you need to boil water for cooking or have a lot of people needing a cuppa, but it’s pretty lightweight and the handle is well-insulated and makes it easy to lift. It lights up blue to show it’s boiling and then beeps when completed (not always obvious if set to a lower temperature) and if the keep-warm function is enabled, it lights up white. The keep-warm function is easy to turn on and off and whatever it’s set to is saved from then on (indicated with a blue or white light on the power switch, though strangely the white light on the switch means it’s off – IMO it would make more sense to be the other way round).
The temperature control options are easy to operate and most importantly, they work as you’d expect – some kettles insist on always boiling to 212F / 100C and then cooling down to the set temp (which is a waste of energy and could be dangerous) but this stops when the temperature is reached on the way up – perfect!. We had issues with our last kettle never turning off due to the 3,500ft altitude preventing 212F ever being reached, even when a lower temp was set, but this one works perfectly (and still turns off when set to fully boil).
Overall, very happy with it for the price. The only minor complaint would be the guard filter which doesn’t look like it will be very effective as there is a large gap between it and the glass, but as the kettle looks like it should be easy to clean, it shouldn’t be needed anyway and it does look fairly robust.

I got this to make infused waters I use as a toner or facial mist. BUT it heats water up so fast I fell in love and I’ll never use my tea kettle again. It’s fast, easy to use the quality so good the size also and color is perfect

This is a nice, large glass kettle that boils water quickly. It does have a plastic-y smell at first–I washed it out with soapy water (being careful not to get water on the heating-element connection) and then boiled and dumped out two kettles of water before using it. That more-or-less solved the smell problem. My only reservation is that I’m not convinced that the inner lid is actually metal, much less stainless. The filter is definitely stainless, but the inner lid, while shiny like metal, feels very much like plastic when you tap on it. I would like some reassurance from the manufacturer that it is, in fact, metal. When I do, I’ll give this product 5 stars instead of 4.

We bought this Cosori kettle in August 2022. We’ve been extremely happy with it. It’s incredibly easy to use, heats up water quickly, and is energy efficient. I also love that we can select different target temperatures depending on whether we’re heating up water for my coffee or my wife’s tea.
But I’m writing specifically about the great service I just received. After ~1.5 years of heavy use, our kettle started to malfunction. Specifically, it started to exhibit this behavior where it would start to heat up water even though the buttons weren’t pressed, and we had to remove the kettle from the base (or unplug the base) to get it to stop.
I contacted Cosori service and worked with a very helpful CS agent (Chad). He had me submit a video of what was taking place and a copy of our Amazon receipt. After doing so, Chad indicated that the kettle was still under warranty, and Cosori shipped us a free replacement. We are thrilled with this incredibly helpful and responsive customer service and we intend to be Cosori customers for years to come. Thank you!

I saw this kettle at a friend’s house when I was on vacation earlier this year and been having leaking issues on my older kettle for quite some time. I decided to treat myself and purchased this kettle because it was on sale through Amazon. I absolutely love this kettle, and it has a nice and relatively quiet boil feature, but will also keep your tea warm for about an hour, which is nice for me since I sometimes get tied up on conference calls and can’t run over to the kitchen to pour water into my tea cup. This way I don’t have to wait for five minutes for the water to boil again. I like the temperature settings and I can tell the difference between them and how hot the water gets. I will say the delicate setting is probably for the absolute most delicate of teas, because even my herbals felt a little less strong using that setting so I don’t use it all that much. The highest setting is very hot and is excellent for black tea preparation and coffee. I like that the kettle is smart enough to not perpetually boil the water like a few I have seen at other peoples’ houses. This is smart, simple and sleek.
