The griddle came with insulated handles that make it great to pick up. I wanted a griddle to use on my gas stove in spite of the stove having a cast iron griddle. This was quickly delivered after purchase. Used it to make pancakes. Note that the non-stick coating is very slippery and pancakes slide easy. Cleanup was a snap using soap and water. The griddle is quite sturdy, not cheap looking at all. Great purchase.

We love the griddle for the grill. Works great for all grilled food; burgers, chicken, & fish so far are all delicious. Even though I measured, I never thought about closing the lid. We had to take the handles off but it has not been a problem.

The griddlle sits perfectly across two burners on my gas stove. I have only one very minor complaint, which is that the heat distribution, on the surface area between the burners, is not great. For example, if your are cooking medium to large pancakes, you are limited to cooking one pancake directly above each burner, which limits you to cooking two pancakes at a time. However, the griddle does make excellent pancakes (and other food too) and again the heat distribution is only a minor complaint. The griddle is also truly non-stick and is easy to clean. My last griddle was an electric one, but I hated the loss of counter space with it. So, I am very happy with my Vayepro Stove Top Flat Griddle and I highly recommend it.

For this past Christmas, I wanted a new double burner griddle. The non-stick pans I used start to stick after about 18 months and this year was time to buy a new one. I use my pan to cook breakfast for the family. First the bacon, then two omelets at a time with onions. The last two pans I owned had the grease moat around the edge which I know serves a purpose but the moat is just not good for my application because I am not seeking to make an egg donut! I am perfectly able to cook my bacon and onions first followed by pouring off the grease before starting to make eggs. I searched for pans with no or little moats and returned three before getting this one. This one has worked great through my first two months of heavy use. The only sign of wear is a bit of discoloration on the bottom burner side.
The bottom of the pan has a trussell like support system which I think I read helps keep the pan from warping. This pan has not warped and I have had pans warp on me so the lattice structure must work. I am not a heat transfer expert, but the Vayepro griddle with this underside support structure does better heat distribution than my past pans. The middle is still a bit warmer than the edge but my food is cooking more evenly.
The griddle got a big thumbs up from me because it is the perfect height for my spatula. I sound a bit crazy, but I owned a Dreamfarm Chopula for two years and it can sit perfectly vertical on this pan because the pan’s lip is the right height. I could not have planned a better bundle nor did I expect to find the combination would matter so much to me. I wanted to share this information with others and put the link here and hope its not against Amazon review policy.

If you have read this far, you may wonder why I did not try this pan first given the pan obviously, has no moat! I was looking for a larger double burner pan and would like to see an option for this pan to be 1.5 inches longer. However, I do not miss the extra size as much as I thought I would. I do find the size large enough for four burgers two slices of bacon and cut onions which is what I needed. I also find the pan size easier for me to clean in the sink too. Thee pan is exactly the size described on Amazon and well worth the 5 stars.

Light weight and easy to clean it suits are needs to a tee. The only thing I would change is it to be a little bet longer. I am worried about the handles burning. Other then that it a great pan fie the costs.

I purchased this to use on my outside grills. Fits nicely on my charcoal and gas grills. Heat distribution is superior. I used it for grilled squash and zucchini and the cleanup was super easy. I would highly recommend the Vayepro Stove Top Flat Griddle,2 Burner Griddle Grill Pan.
UPDATE: I have been using the griddle for a while now and it has proven to be a great asset for grilling. When some foods are finished before the rest, I put the griddle on the top shelf of the grill to keep warm without having the flames hitting it. What a game changer. Love it.

I love these and bought 2, splurge for the one with the lid! I use these on my glass top stove and have 2 going at one time. I can whip up a whole meal for my family with only these. Food cooks evenly, never sticks and cooks faster somehow. These wipe clean and I even throw them in the dishwasher. They nest inside of each other so stack and store easily. That lid is a lifesaver for splatters or to steam up those grilled cheese, eggs or quesadillas just right

I love this Awesome griddle. I made pancakes using this griddle and they turned out great. I have also cooked eggs and bacon on it and I loved how well everything turned out. Two HUGE pluses of this griddle is having a lid to keep grease from getting on the stove as you’re cooking on it and the cleaning of the griddle is so easy.
