This product deserves 5 stars for offering a lightweight cordless heating pad that can be used on where you need to. I highly recommend you buy a warranty with your purchase even if you normally don’t. I love this product because I can wear it and move about to clean, cook and it makes a differerence. Great for relieving aches and pains on the go. The caveat: first, READ the DIRECTIONS! This is such a great product that can be used daily…which is also why it can fail. While the item I purchased from Amazon last month is still working just fine, I learned the hard way. I do wish these were made a bit better with a bit more margin of error. I had one fail because the directions say, “never pull this pad by the charging cord.” But I didn’t pull it, I held the charging unit and allowed the heating pad to dangle below for a minute…and it failed. The instructions also say, “DO NOT SIT ON, OR AGAINST, OR CRUSH PAD.” The sitting against part is what I don’t get…I can imagine some people like to use while sitting or resting…but not following these instructions can cause failure after awhile.
UPDATE:
Some reviewers complained about the velcro on this pad; that it isn’t very strong, and they are right. This pad would be much better with extra velcro. It is difficult to stick. The Velcro strip is less than an inch tall and two inches wide. I suppose I could try to clear debris from the strap. Still, it could be better.

Se recomienda ampliamente ya que se puede usar sin cables y con cables (mientras la batería se carga) y el calor que me proporciona es justo el que mi terapia de espalda necesita

When charged it stays where you put it with no worries of a tangling power cord. Pad stays warm for hours. Happy there is such an item.

This worked WAY better that a heating pad with a cord!! Just the perfect amount of heat in a reasonable amount of time
The only problem I have with this and this could just be a safety thing but how short the battery life is while on full charge, I think this could be a small fix but that’s not my call
JUST TO BE CAUTIOUS!! This is to prevent anyone for making this mistake:
Do NOT leave a charged battery plugged Into this pad and leave it wrapped in a bag. It will short out the page heaters. Unplug the battery first 👍🏻✨

I get really bad menstrual cramps that usually leave me chained to the bed because roasting under a heat pad is the only thing that really helps. The old heat pad I was using has to be plugged in so it was very inconvenient having to be laying around all day to avoid being in pain. This portable wireless heat pad has been a huge help because I’ve been able to be up and about, making bread and getting things done around the house all while wearing this discreet little pad under my clothes! It works great to keep my cramps at bay, is very comfortable to wear and you can easily wear it under a baggy shirt and no one will even know it’s there. I even made a run to the grocery store wearing it and I feel great even though I got woken up by that terrible feeling of my insides churning last night, but wearing this heat pad all day has been keeping the pain away efficiently and in a very convenient way that allows me to go on about my day instead of being stuck laying around for hours 🙂 the battery could be a little better, but I’ve been able to wear it on the medium heat setting for probably about 3 hours before it died and it already gave 3 hours of being able to do things instead of being in pain, so I will still take the win because considering the price I feel like that’s not a bad deal! Charging it up so I can wear it again in a few hours when it’s fully charged is no biggie in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I bought this product and it came delivered, package was slightly beat up so whatever no biggie, I take my girlfriends heating pad out and it’s fine but then it never came with a battery box. Why? If they could let me do 0 stars, I would.

I used this product to help relieve menstrual cramps rather than back or shoulder or back pain as mainly advertised.
Because of this I had the pad sitting more on my stomach/pelvis area, so it could change some of my experiences.
The heating pad charges at a fairly normal rate, taking about 3 or so hours to fully charge. At the lowest setting you’ll get about 3.5-4 hours or so of use before you’ll have to charge it again. If you change the setting to the medium or high settings you will get less time, about 2-2.5 on medium in my experience or about 1.25 hours on high. If you switch between the settings while you’re using it the amount of time you’ll get for that charge changes, if alternating between low and medium I’d say you can probably get about 2.5-3 hours in my experience. Using the highest heat at all will suck the battery very quickly and greatly limit the amount of use you get out of it that charge.
It should be noted that the low and medium settings are sufficient to reduce discomfort from cramps to a reasonable level. I would not recommend using the highest setting for very long as it gets, and I can not stress this enough, extremely hot. I can usually only keep it on high for about 10-15 minutes at a time before I have to switch to a lower setting. It has its purpose and is really good if you need more heat but it is for sure a big step up from the medium setting. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the hottest heat you can handle I would put the low mode at about a 3, the medium at a 6 or 7, and the hot at a 9 or a 10. None of the settings are bad but I would take the high setting in very small doses, as it is effective but also very efficient at heating up and will be hot almost immediately.
The heating pad maintains a consistent heat/temperature output for whatever setting you have it on. It also heats up very quickly so it is very helpful when you are looking for near immediate relief.
The velcro strap allows it to fit a wide range of sizes and holds the heating pad securely to the body. It’s adjustable and stretchy so you can get the heating pad very firmly against your torso but not have the band squeezing you uncomfortably like some other elastic straps are known to do.
If you intend to put this more on your pelvis like I did I would suggest trying to put the elastic band just under the widest part of your hips for the best hold.
It is indeed portable and easy to work around the house in. Allows a good range of motion while still providing relief.
Overall very happy with this purchase.
