I got these for my 3 yr old. They do help with calming her down for the night, however it hasn’t helped her quality of sleep. She wakes up through the night so essentially it’s as if she’s taken a nap versus sleeping through the night.
Also, she hates the taste so she’s stopped wanting to take them. I did taste one and the initial taste wasn’t too bad but the aftertaste is awful so I’m assuming that’s why she refuses to eat them now.

I would choose over melatonin every time! My kids hated melatonin, it caused them to have awful nightmares. I hated how groggy it made them, it seemed so unnatural. This allowed them to calmly get through their bedtime routine and get the rest they need. I have an 8yo & 12yo.

They taste good …but it didn’t work for us .. actually I think it has the opposite affect … Gave to my kids at 9 and they are still wide awake and energized at 12:20!! Definitely makes them have energy!

Oh boy…. our almost 2 year old doesn’t sleep through the night, so wanted to give these a try to see if they would encourage a couple extra hours in those early hours. I used them as directed, 1 gummy 20-30 minutes before bed. The first night, nada! In fact he was extremely difficult to get to sleep and woke up an hour later, figured it needed a couple days to build up. But unfortunately, that same scenario has been happening every night since we started using it. AND he has been waking up 2 hours earlier in the mornings! There is so many factors that go into kids sleep, and he does have a number of teeth coming in currently, but we wanted to try something so we could feel human again and not completely sleep deprived. We have discontinued use, and hoping to get back into our routine, and get some longer stretches in there. Glad this works for many, but we are not one of them.

My child has struggled for 2.5 years to sleep through the night. About 8 months ago they started her on melatonin (.5mg), which made her groggy and fall asleep quickly, but it came with night terrors and no sleeping through the night. After months of trying different products, this was literally our last resort before seeing a pediatric sleep doctor. My child is now sleeping through the night (12 hours), she isn’t groggy falling asleep, like the melatonin made her do. A good night time routine helps. I’m so sad we didn’t find this product sooner! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!!

These work well for adults that cannot take ‘adult’ sleep medicine. I am 4’8″. Any other medication gives me longer side effects. For example, a sleep medicine (even natural) makes me too drowsy the next day. I tried these to see if it helped at all. So far, working well (3 weeks). It helps calm me more for bedtime, and does not leave me drowsy and nonfunctional the next day. The one issue I see is that they taste too good. It could be tempting to take more than suggested. That could be an issue for young children or unfettered adults. It would also help if the price wasn’t so high compared to other options.
