I am 52 years old, nine years ago I had Lasik surgery done on both eyes, Ever since suffered from really dry eyes. The last four
years it got so bad that I couldn’t sleep for more than an hour and would wake up with my eyeball stuck to my eyelid and my eye
hurt like someone poked two fingers in it. I have used these ever since the surgery, I had been to four different doctors and
they did nothing for me but tell me I had dry eye. A year ago, I woke about 2am and my left eye hurt so bad, I ran into the bathroom mirror expecting to see blood running down my cheek! It felt like there was broken glass in it when I blinked, Was going to call 911 but figured they wouldn’t do anything for me so toughed it out until Monday morning and went to a local eye doctor. In two minutes he diagnosed my problem! He said your eyelids are wrinkled on the inside and irritating the begeezus out of your corneas! (I wore contacts prior to Lasik so my eyes were protected from being in direct contact with the wrinkled eyelids)
He gave me a zero power contact lens and suggested a eye surgeon to tighten up the eyelids! Isn’t getting older wonderful?
I could have worn a fake lens all that time I suffered but never dreamed you could have wrinkles there! Anyway I had the eyelids
tightened and it is about a thousand times better and I can sleep so I feel much better. I still use these drops but not anywhere
near the amount I used to. SO some of you should ask your doctor to look for wrinkles because that may be your problem!

Good product, good price, I like that it is preservative free. I have been using for a few weeks and haven’t had any problems.

I have extremely dry eyes and have tried every type of eye drop, every brand. Bion tears are the only ones that offer relief and do not collect in the corner of my eye and eye lashes. Some eye drops leave you feeling like you have sand in your eyes, these do not. I was distraught when Target and Walmart quit carrying them, thinking they were no longer being manufactured. It was a happy day to find them on Amazon. You get what you pay for with this product!
