If you keep your house relatively cold, especially northern states in the winter, your cat will probably love this! You can always just leave it unplugged and take out the heating pad when it’s warmer seasons.
It’s soft, mostly easy to disassemble for washing machine, clean, and reassemble.

Read People! Read!! I’ve read reviews that say this bed “doesn’t get warm at all!” Really!??
No. It doesn’t get very warm “to the touch”, Because it’s pressure activated. My 9 y.o. cat “Dude” has only gotten out of it to Eat, hit the litter box, watch birds for a few, get some love, and he’s right back in. And not all those things at once.
If you would read the directions, it says to place a pillow in it and wait 20 minutes so I put two pillows in it because one pillow didn’t seem like enough weight, and sure enough I could feel a slight warmth to the touch. But once my cat got in there and didn’t want to get out I knew it was very warm and comfy for him. I stuck my hand between him and the bed, and it was plenty warm! If he’s cold he will gravitate to the portable radiator type heater that I have. He loves that heater because that’s what he has stayed warm with for the past couple of years. Once in awhile he’ll go hang out by that heater for a little bit until he’s ready to nap then he goes and jumps back in that bed. We live in the Pacific Northwest and I’m going to say this is the best investment I’ve ever made for a cat!! This would also be perfect for a small dog!
When did people stop reading descriptions and directions?? I see the same type of complaint on a lot of other reviews!! :-/
HIGHLY Recommend!

We have 2 cats that both use the bed and the mat. The orange male took to them shortly after we put them out. He loves them. The other cat however did not warm up to the new items for a few days. She preferred laying on the arm of the sofa. Then one day I noticed her lying on the mat. The next day she took to the bed. Now, there is no place else she wants to be. They are both very soft and gently warms up once they are on them. They never get hot. One was bought for use in the basement den and the other one the living room sofa. So far, they have been both easy to clean. A couple of wipes with a damp cloth picks up most of the fur. Cat puke cleaned up nicely did not stain the cover.
The male is 16 lbs and fits comfortably in both. The female is 6 lbs. and she has lots of room. It’s like a king size bed for her.
We have other cat beds around the house, but now they are vacant. My wife is talking about getting more cats to fill the empty beds 😱

my cats love this bed, Cyrus (first pic) was in love from day one. day two he literally did not leave the bed. He loved it so much I asked him did you even leave to poo today? Him and his brother fit perfectly in there together (although i think Cyrus would prefer to hog it). Doesn’t get too hot and warms up when they get in it pretty fast

This cat bed has been a game changer for my cat! He absolutely loves it. The bed warms up quickly and stays at a comfortable temperature, which keeps him cozy and relaxed. The soft material makes the perfect spot for him to snuggle up, especially during colder weather. I also love that it’s safe and energy, efficient, the low voltage gives me a piece of mind. It’s easy to clean and maintain. My cat now spends most of his time in bed and I can tell it’s become his favorite spot in the house. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a perfect way to keep my furry friend warm and comfortable, and I highly recommend it to other cat owners!

I have a neighbor’s cat who doesn’t want to go into their house, for whatever reason(something spooked him and now he won’t go inside). I can’t let him in my house because my own cat hates other cats. I saw this heated bed meant for indoor use(fine for outside cold temps just not weather-proof), and thought I’d try it. I have it in the unheated storage area attached to the back of my home. I leave the patio door open just wide enough so he can get in/out. Once he spotted it, he plunked himself down in it and that was it! Since I bought it, he spends literally all his time tucked up in it, nice and cozy. He only ventures outside to be fed by his owner and to toilet, in this very cold Eastern Ontario winter we currently have. What I love about the bed is that it’s very low wattage, and that it only heats to the cats normal body temperature. I bought the larger size because this guy is a big fluffy cat, he fits in it perfectly. I highly recommend this bed, your cat will love it!

Le tuve que poner un poco de catnip para que se acercara pero ahora que descubrió que esta caliente no hay forma de sacarlo. No se siente caliente como tal pero si tibio.

My cats love these beds so I have to have 2 – one for each cat! They love that they get nice and warm, even in the summer. The warming element comes out easily so that you can wash it.

We bought this bed this last winter for our old cat with arthritis in his hips. Some reviews says it damaged their wood floors, so we put it down on top of a thin foam style kitchen floor mat and it did not damage or heat up our wood floors at all. I also think this helped redirect the heat back up into the bed to keep it nice and warm for our cat.
Our cat was not interested in it at first. After a day or so of him sniffing it, we put a throw pillow in it to pre-heat it, and then we put him in it and scratched his ears to get him to stay for 5 seconds… and then he never wanted to leave the bed again! We had to move it into our office because he was spending all his time in the bed and he was getting lonely. It heat up nice and warm, but definitely not too hot. And it was big enough that he could spread out and flop around, (he is a big ginger, so definitely not a little cat). He also really liked the tall sides as he could curl up and lean against them. They are foam but they held up really well. We tried to put a blanket or tent over it to make it more like a cat den, but he didn’t like that and it didn’t change the heat factor, so just leaving it open is fine.
We didn’t have any problems with it this winter. We have cleaned it several times: vacuum the hair and bits, wipe down with water and baking soda mix. It had developed a couple stains but otherwise cleaned up nicely. Maybe this summer he will stay out of it for more than 5 seconds and I can clean it better! Also we kept it inside, so I can’t speak to the problems others have had putting it in the garage or outside or anything.
I can’t speak highly enough about this product. It really helped our grandpa cat be comfortable this winter. Whoever dreamed this up, thank you!

Only complaint is there doesnt seem to be a whole lot of padding to this thing, which my baby doesnt seem to mind all that much. It gets warm, but not so warm that you worry about it starting a fire or burning your kittys sensitive skin, which is great for those who are gone to work all day or night and worry about that. Fairly easy to clean. To get the fur buildup off of it (and there WILL be a lot of fur buildup purely because of the material) you just have to run your hand over it, easy peasy. Heating pad is well protected, so fire risk is pretty much nonexistent, barring any unit-specific defects, of course. Heating pad can also be removed for the warmer parts of the year, if desired. Can use a damp sponge to clean any mess, like hairballs or cat barf.
I recommend getting the larger size, as its more accommodating to an adult cat than the smaller size.

Mis gatos la amaron, siempre están ahÃ. Al principio piensas que no calienta pero si calienta, nomás tenle paciencia
