These bags seem sturdy and are nice looking, but the holes to insert the berry plants are way too small. I clipped it a tiny bit to try to bag them a bit bigger…but I would have had to have clipped through the stitching to make them work and that would have likely ruined the bags. So, I was not able to plant my berries in them. The plants I got were in a six pack, but they were a bit larger than the average six pack. So you would have to use plants that are very small in order for these bags to work. Very disappointed in these bags.

I purchased these for my grandson’s garden. They are attractive, but the holes provided are really too small for plants. We tried several times to plant small strawberry and herb plants but each time the plants were damaged when placed in the holes. I used a tube to protect the plants on insertion, but they were still damaged by the stiffness of the fabric. I will try again after widening the holes by cutting back some of the fabric.

This is a great product! I used them to plant my strawberries. My only issue is I think I waited a little too long to transplant my original strawberry plant into these grow bags – resulting in some breakage on one of my strawberry plants. The holes are a little small, but as long as you switch them over before they get too big I think it works much better!
I also love the option that you can hang them – but if you don’t want to they sit perfectly upright on the ground themselves!

Material is creepy feeling. Once soil is watered the exterior is covered in brown streaks. Watering runs right through.

I saw the holes for putting the strawberry plants in were quite small, but I figured out a solution! I took a paper towel sheet and gently rolled the greens within it making a tube shape, and that made it a lot easier to thread the plants through the holes. Plants are doing well!

I bought these planters for my grandkids to plant strawberries and I’m just I have absolutely no regrets, they’re so useful. We put 30 strawberry roots in all 3 planters and they’re growing Like crazy, we hang them up instead of putting them on the ground. Love to encourage my grandkids to learn to grow things from scratch and watch them come to perfection. Then,pick them and enjoy. Noooo chemicals whatsoever. Love love love these planters. Totally amazing!.
