This book whisked me by my 50 page judgement call,
yes, I was “hooked” early. Complicated people in a
very strange household. Lots of jealousy and conniving. Well written and presented.

This book was about 90 pages too long. So much useless dialogue in it. I finally skipped pages so see what happened. I donated it since there’s no way I’d ever read it again. I swear the author got paid by the page.

This is the first Lisa Jackson book I have read and have to admit, I was sad that it ended. From page one, I was gripped into the story and found, from then, I struggled to put the book down. I will certainly be looking out now, for more of her books. An excellent read.
