It gets straight to the point and takes a less technical, more humanist approach to explaining the importance of a dopamine detox. -1 star for that Amazon/Jeff Bezos example though. Just FYI, Amazon used predatory tactics to get where they are today (i.e. losing money/spending more than they would make to tear down small businesses, in effect, ensuring the could destroy the competition completely so that they could capitalize many years later). This was Besos’ long-term plan. I wish the book told the whole truth about that. But otherwise, good stuff!
