Love the illustrations very colorful with thick pages! The storyline for each chapter is from verses out of the Bible but simplified with a prayer at the end. Enough for a little one to understand without losing their interest! Not an actual Bible but stories from the Bible that young readers can grasp the concept. Perfect for bedtime reading.

Okay, y’all, I gotta admit I was VERY apprehensive about this Bible. But I just got it in today and I just finished part two. I am hooked!!!!! I actually love the artwork and the different skin colors of people. I love how the stories are told, the prayers at the end of each chapter and how the stories flow together. It’s a great Bible for a mentally disabled adult such as myself who struggles with reading an actual word for word Bible. I plan on collecting these and giving them out to my friends and family members who refuse to read a regular Bible. And it comes with a ribbon marker!!! BONUS!!!! I should finish this either tomorrow or Saturday and I’ll start it all over again because it’s that good!!!

There’s a lot I like about this book. All points to Jesus. Great biblically sound stories, all can provide deeper thinking for my 6 and 7 year olds. We can have good conversations about God when reading through these stories. There’s some humor added that get them chuckling too. Great reminders in the prayer sections at the end of each chapter. The art is so beautiful. Great story Bible.
