Very well made and price is right. Good backup for my BT Tx/Rx adapters for my E-violin Yamaha 104NT
musician7878 –
As expected, this cable transfers sound from my Fender Jazz Bass to a Fender Rumble amp perfectly.
Pierre Plouffe –
excellent more robust/thicker

Beautiful and very well made but…
It’s a little HEAVY. All the braiding looks great but really adds weight to the cable. Definitely not the end of the world but something to consider. The 18.6′ length is also a little weird. I’m used to a 20′ cable and although it’s less than 2′ shorter, the thickness and weight of it make it seem much shorter

I have literally used Monster and Mogami cables for years. I’m strictly a studio musician now and was in a serious need for a guitar cable. I didn’t have the cash for the price gouging Monster and Mogami cables anymore. So I saw this Fender cable. It was in my price range. It’s thick, it’s durable, it’s tweed covered (not that that matters to me), and it does not diminish the sound of any of my guitars, basses or keyboards. So I would HIGHLY recommend this to all musicians on a budget or not. Don’t let yourself be suckered into the “sound quality” of those high priced cables like I had been for years. This cable is EVERY bit those. I’ll go with Fender cables from now on. Keep rockin’ ya’ll!!!

I ordered this for my guitar loving child & my child had no issues & said product worked well. The length of the cable was fine. All I’m all thumbs up!!

Nothin tops a fender cable. Its heavy duty and the right angle is nice. Feels nice in my hand and its got a good tone quality. Doesnt crackle. Looks friggin cool. Overall would buy again

“…and then the heavens opened up and a mighty 30’ instrument cables was handed down to the folks at fender to share with the world.”
Seriously, this cable is the best one I’ve ever used. Having played for nearly 30 years, I’ve amassed more cables than I care to admit and never once thought about the quality of sound that was passed through everything from $50 swap meet guitars to custom shop high-end instruments into some of the greatest amplifiers to have ever been produced.
After picking up a new guitar, I thought I’d treat myself to a new cable as well and thought I’d splurge in something nice to match the glory of a mahogany offset telecaster and dress up the old workhorse of a Gibson es-135. After doing a little research and diving into the reviews of some of the options (there are many), I was impressed by the praises sung about the fender cables.
Holy freakin’ Smokes! Every single review up to now has been grossly understated and I would like to take a moment to shout from the mountaintops the glory of this instrument cable (I actually bought 2 so I can run into a pedal bank, but that story is for another day) and share with the entire realm of musicians that THIS cable is the best damn cable I have ever used. The quality of signal passed is nothing short of breathtaking and instantly distinguishable in contrast to literally any other run of the mill guitar cable.
Normally I don’t leave reviews because a bazillion people shop on Amazon and i’m just one guy, but I felt compelled to exalt the sheer heavenly quality of this product.
My only regret is that I am limited to 5 stars to give as part of the review process. If there was a 6th or even higher star to give, this product is surely deserving of such exemplary marks.
Thank you for reading my words. I hope this helps any of you that may be I. The fence for shelling out more than what is considered normal pricing for instrument cables. I have now seen the light and shall never venture into darkness with a mediocre cable ever again.

Looks great and well made

Nice cord well made. Not all right angle plugs fit the Telecaster properly but this one and my other Fender cable are fine. Would buy again.

If you have the money for Mogami go for it but you’re not going to get any really noticeable increase in sound quality. These Fender cables are my go-to for several reasons. I use these as studio cables for recording but they’d be great for live applications too. The tweed outer jacket kind of holds a memory of its shape if you keep it wrapped or coiled between uses which is great to get it out of the way. It’s also a really solid cable in that it can take a beating. Mine gets walked on by myself (accidentally), my wife, my daughter, and pets and they hold up great. The ends can come undone and you can do your own maintenance on them if you ever happen to need to. The build quality on these is so good that they’ll last years before needing a new one. I only got this one because I needed a right angle plug on one end for guitars like the Jazzmaster that have an input on the front of the guitar that needs to be out of the way of the tremolo arm.
The sound quality is as good as you’re going to get. I mentioned before that you can get Mogami cable or some obscenely expensive cable but you’re playing a game of diminishing returns there. The difference between this cable and one that’s over twice as expensive is so minimal that you’re not going to notice it in a mix and you’re really going to be straining to hear the difference in the high end on its own.
The jacks are gold plated so the connections are solid and reliable. The cable is sturdy but not overly thick. The ten footers are great for plugging straight into an amp or going from guitar to pedal board and the three footers are wonderful for going from pedal board output to amp input.
Great cables, right price, I’ll never use anything else.

No more cheap cable, the fender cables delivers quality at a reasonable price. no hum. sturdy cable.

This cable is nice and sturdy, I’ve already rolled over it with my office chair and had zero visible or audible damage. It looks amazing with the pattern on it.
