A little long for my application but, it trimmed easily to fit and is staying in place.

Is not what item description, I was send a used weird shape mud guard, and not a universal mud guard. Hard rigid plastic. I have a 2004 Tacoma and it does not fit. What I receive is not what is on the description and doen’t look anything like the images.

After 4 NY winters with these on a 2008 Nissan Frontier, they did a great job keeping mud & salt splatter off the sides of the truck & seemed to hold up well! You DO have to drill holes & align them properly, but even with little mechanical skill it’s relatively easy to do. I have since traded my Nissan in for a newer truck, and since my “new” truck already had mudflaps I didn’t need to buy another set; they were still on the truck in good condition. But if I needed to, I’d buy them again.

I mounted these on my 2004 Tacoma 4WD truck. At first I tried to use the old Toyota flap as a guide but then I realized all I needed to do was hold the Dee Zee flap where it looked right and lined up with the two existing bolt holes. I marked those holes and then drilled a third hole to secure the top neck of the Dee Zee. It was easy once you make sure your holes are drilled correctly: use a piece of cardboard to create a pattern which you overlay on the Dee Zee. (In fact, you could make a pattern out of the cardboard on which the Dee Zee comes attached.)
You will need to turn the front wheel in order to drill the third hole, but it wasn’t hard. I’m not sure about the rear wheelwell. You might have to jack the truck up and remove the tire temporarily: yes, a bit of a pain but worth it, considering how much Toyota wants for these flaps (over $100 each).
The flap hangs down sufficiently to keep mud off the truck. it’s maybe 2″ shorter than the Toyota flaps–but those are so long, they get ripped off when you back over a rock (which is probably why you’re buying new flaps, right?). It also extends about an inch outside the edge of the wheelwell–not quite as far as the Toyota, but sufficient.

The mud flaps look great, feel great, and I’m sure they would look great installed on most trucks, but they don’t fit my ’95 Toyota pickup. The bracket for the stock mud flap is set back from the wheel well, and the aftermarket mud flap cannot be made to look good with the upper extension extending into the wheel well.

Buen producto pero creo que falta especificar que sólo son 2 piezas, ya que en ningun lado dice cuantas son y yo esperaba que fuera el juego para las cuatro llantas.

Installed on 07 Silverado new body style. Matched the size of the stock chevy ones almost perfect. I received these in a couple days, very fast free shipping. Ordered Monday and Wednesday evening they were at my door. It’s what I expected for 15 bucks. Plain black with no emblems or yosamitty sams! Easy to drill holes by matching up the old pair and marking/drilling same hole. Not sure how they will hold up with snow pounding against them but surely I will find out this winter. Definately worth what I needed them for….. to protect my new nerf bars.

I found that these were very thin and decided they wouldn’t work on my truck but they may work for other folks that need it’s in her unit
SumWell –
Great mud flaps for the price. Installation was a bit of a hassle. Made a cardboard template of the exposed part of the flap on the first one and used that to place the rest of them. They seem durable enough.

BUEN PRODUCTO EN GENERAL, SI FUERAN UN POCO MÁS RÍGIDAS SERÍAN MEJOR, SIN EMBARGO BUENAS

These are a quality mud flap for the price. The only drawback I found is how the side is curved. If you make the bottom of flap level it sort of looks crooked from the side due to the curve. And of course if you try and make the side look plumb then bottom looks out of level. I guess in some applications or to some people it would look fine. I decided to hang them bottom level and stop looking. 🙂
Other then that they are holding up perfectly on my truck.

Good to know : Theses flaps are THIN plastics sheets with rounded ends that give the impression on the pictures of thick solid core flaps, but don’t be fooled, they are thin and less than 1/8″ thick.
Would I buy them again ? YES
Pros : Easy to clean, very simple to work with, the thin material is simple to drill and cut with a utility knife or dremell to shape. The flaps do conforms to the truck shape once they are screwed in place.
Cons : Pricy for what you get, included screws are cheap way too short (not stainless). Custom fitment is finicky but doable.
Installed on a RAM 1500 2016 with OEM Fender flares. I removed the old rubber flaps that were always looking dirty and impossible to clean. Overall, I’m very satisfied with theses flaps.
