Good product. The lid isn’t on hinges. It’s just a tiny rod that runs thru some plastic. Other than that I’m pretty pleased with the box. Kept my belongings dry.

I was hesitant to order this as there was a review that stated it was cheaply made and would not hold up. I completely disagree. You get what you pay for. I will use this on my Bad Boy Ambush IS to store tire bar and small floor jack (among other things) between the front and rear seats. I’m sure it will perform perfectly. Although it is not the thickest material, it will absolutely hold up if not completely abused by someone.

This is an exceptional product. Better then advertised. Water and dust tight. I use on the back of my teryx side x side and it is great. Small enough to fit the space but big enough to accommodate what I need to carry with me.

I am keeping the box. It is a nice leisure box or temporary cargo box for the back of t my Ranger, but don’t confuse this with the heavy duty tool boxes that will permanently secure to your pickup bed because it is not. You can lock the front of it and I will rig it to be able to secure to the back of my truck but it is generally of flimsy plastic quality. So if you have modest expectations and are not storing expensive tools for long periods in the back of your truck, then you should be okay with getting this. I will use it as a cargo box for outdoor events and for storing stuff when moving from point a to point b since it will protect whatever you put in it against the elements better than just laying it on the bed of the truck with the cover over it.

I purchased this about 4 years ago to use as a utility box in the bed of my Kawasaki T4 to hold tools, first aid etc. I simply bolted through the bottom of the box into the bed using a machine screws, nuts and fender washers next to the plastic. I’ve had it in 2 different UTVs and it’s holding up great. It has plenty of room for the gear I leave in and room for some extra gear when needed. It is an ideal alternative to the high priced box offered by Kawasaki and in my opinion it is much more versatile than the Kawasaki box. I have not had any problems with water getting inside but dust does manage to get in, but hey, there’s a lot of dust flying around when you’re on an UTV.

Produce is made well the top lip of the box is tilted inwards causing the lid not to close or seal properly. I like this box because of the additional compartments located on the lid and if it seals properly will make it a good waterproof box this is the only issue. ( additional) Reorder a second box and received it before I could return the first one and it came back the same way. Stay far away from this box unless you like your items wet.
