This review is essentially a copy of my review for the HB361F.622 (front pads), which I installed at the same time.
I have a 2009 Civic Si sedan and blew through the rear pads in about 36k, thanks to Honda’s brake force distribution nonsense (never owned a car where the rears went sooner than the first, hurray for technology). Replaced the rears with these and the fronts with the same series (HB361F.622).
Around town they can be noisy (creaky/groaning noises when letting off the brakes on a hill, for instance), but when put to the task they do much better than stock pads. Took the car on a jaunt up and down Palomar Mountain in San Diego which is challenging at speed for both cars and bikes, and these pads performed exceptionally well with no fade, especially on the downhill.
My mechanic claims these will eat through the factory rotors like nothing else, but I haven’t had them on the car long enough to see for sure.
I don’t notice any change in dust vs. factory pads. Although these are expensive, I flog my car pretty hard and feel they were a worthwhile investment.

I installed these in my 2003 Civic Si. Their performance is excellent, no fade and noticeably smoother and better brake performance over OEM brakes I had installed. I’ve had them installed for about two months now with virtually no dust accumulation. The slight noise I hear I believe is due to the EBC slotted/dimpled rotors I replaced the OEM rotors with. These pads are light years better than OEM or any Raybestos OE replacement.
Overall I’m very happy with the purchase, Amazon’s price/prime shipping. I highly recommend them and would most definitely purchase again.

I have had Hawk HPS brake pads on the front of my 05 Civic for the last 3 years and they have performed very well. The pedal feels very firm and responsive and the front pads still have plenty of friction material left after 3 years of use. I purchased the same pads for my rear brakes when I converted them to discs because I was so impressed with the front pads and these rear pads also seem to perform very well and not make much dust. The only complaint I have is that for this price it would be nice if the pads included the clips with them, but oh well.

Purchased the Hawk Performance HB145F.570 HPS Rear brake pads for my 2001 acura cl type s. Unfortunately, these pads were not a direct bolt on. I went to install them and could not push the caliper on all the way. The caliper piston was hitting a metal boss on the back of the pad. I had to grind one of the protruding round button off the back of the pad backing plate. Once done the calipers installed correctly. I paired them with new drilled and slotted rear rotors. For the front, I also went with Hawk Performance HPS pads along with a new set of drilled and slotted rotors. After initially seating these brake pads, the combination is great. I have at time of writing about 600 miles on them with quite a few high speed express way stops. Brake pedal pressure is smooth and stopping power is excellent for a daily driver. As far as brake dust, well after 600mi some dust washed off nothing excessive. I have used Hawk HPS pads on other vehicles and have been very happy and its the first time I have ever had a fit issue.

I have owned Hawk HPS+ pads on my old Honda Prelude. They dusted and squeaked, but once up to temp they had absurd stopping power. These HPS pads now on a Honda S2000 are nothing like their big brother. I have done 2 autocrosses on these pads, and quite a bit of hard-brake-cooking mountain road drives. The HPS resits brake fade quite well. However compared to the OEM Honda S2000 pad they have lesser overall stopping power, lesser initial bite, and dust significantly more. This is probably due to Honda’s aggressive S2000 OEM compound. The pads have never squeaked. When it comes time to replace these I will go back to the HPS+.

Brake dust is pretty heavy than OEM, leaves a little residue on the stock rims of my Civic. Nonetheless it does have great braking though.

The amazon fitment guide said this would fit my 2006 Eclipse GT & when they arrived they did not. After looking at the manufacturers page I see these pads only fit a 2019-20 Acura ILX Base & 2004-06 Audi TSX Base. I’ve never been led astray by the fitment guide before but I learned my lesson & now I will not trust it.

I’ve written another review on the same Hawk HPS brake pads for a different vehicle, so this will be redundant. They produce no noise (that I can hear), wear excellently, produce little to no dust, produce fantastic stopping power, and pair with pretty much any rotor that I’ve ever used from high-performance (i.e. StopTech slotted rotors) to basic OEM replacement rotors.
Can’t go wrong, and for my current applications, I don’t need anything greater (e.g. don’t need ceramic pads or anything track-related). These are wonderful replacements for your daily driver.
