Mark Graham –
I have had the Big Agnes Fly Creek UL 2 for 7 seven years and it is a great tent. I wanted the UL1 tent to lessen my weight in my Backpack. I am looking forward to my up coming backpacking trip.

Started off great. No issues. Day 12 into my hike (keep in mind, 4 of those days have been in a hostel or a hotel due to injuries or having a day off) floor is already showing signs of tearing. When you spend nearly 400 for a tent plus MORE for a footprint to prevent this from happening is a no go for me. I have been extremely careful with my locations of sleeping, making sure all debris (roots and rocks) are free of my footprint and STILL a 3/4 inch rip in the floor of the tent, not my footprint. Would love to hear a response from the big agnus team

Like weight. No dislikes so far. Seems halfway rugged. I would say late spring to early fall. No snow.

Was dismayed to learn that there was only one month to return when everything I have ever bought from Amazon has longer.
Gadget Junkie –
I got this in an attempt to find a light weight solution for ground camping. Like many others, I own several tents. My go to for most backpacking or camping trips is my hammock tent from Warbonnet Outdoors, the gold standard. But when you have no trees, like desert camping, my new passion, you are screwed. I have looked at UL Dyneema Composite Fabric (Cuban Fiber) tents that use trek poles, etc., but decided to try this and was not disappointed. This tent is so light I almost laughed setting it up the first time…it felt like a marshmallow. It is plenty strong, well built and easy to set up. I purchased a piece of Tyvek for a ground tarp, which fits in the tent bag with the other components and it weighs about 3lbs. If you are a weight weeny, this may be too heavy for you, but I am 53 yo, 5’7″ tall and will laugh at you if you balk about this being too heavy as a through hike solution for the PCT. I am old, fat and out of shape and can still make 17 minute miles with 40 lbs. on me, so suck it up buttercup and get one of these if you are looking for a cry one time, quality, UL, self standing ground tent.

Items supposed to be new but product was already used and worn out..will be returning this product….

The ground fly and rain fly connection is weak. The buckles slide together with no physical click. Ten mph wind pulls them out with ease. Please help.

It’s a great tent but the tent stakes n loops are odd
