Fragile, but worked as intended. When crashed into a fence, the handle snapped and punctured the vinyl, instant trash. But it’s an 8y/o, so yeah back to plastic I go.
One detracting thing, the inflator is really odd. Simply put hard to use. Why can they put on/install regular air nipples?

Sledding on these tubes was way better than any other tubes we have ever owned. Most other tubes are not made of a thick enough material and puncture easily. These are made durable enough that even I (at about 230-240 pounds) was able to ride them multiple times. We sledded for about 4 to 5 hours and I only inflated them one time in between and it was a very minor amount. The one way valve is AWESOME and the rapid inflate/deflate plug makes it so fast to do both. In the video I’m posting you see my heavy butt going down a hill, I’m 5’5 so you can see these are fairly decent size. They were also the hit of the entire place, many kids and adults wanted to ride them when they saw how fast and far we were able to go down the hill. Many people wrote down the name to get home and buy one of their own. I paid for the protection insurance ($3 each), but if I hadn’t, and if it ever popped I would definitely purchase another one. The price is extremely Fair for as good of quality as this is. Highly recommend for the whole family.

We went today to Mont-Royal in Montreal. My daughter and I loved it. It’s so comfortable, safe,stable and looks durable. I asked My friend who is tall 6’2 and about 225 pounds or more to sit and sled in to ensure this tube support the weight, and he loved it; he is planning to buy for her daughter and himself.
To inflate it I used my hair dryer machine in cold temperature. It was so easy and fast. I hope your car is big enough to have the tube inflated inside. I beleive you can add an adapter to your car air pump and just inflate it there.

I ordered this item a few days before leaving for a trip to Tahoe. It snowed the entire weekend we were there and I knew I’d be able to have some tubing fun on our vacation! I originally wanted the unicorn but for some reason the shipping on that particular item was almost a month h put so I had to resort to the flamingo. Anyway, that aside the product itself is made of a decently thick sized material. It was a lot bigger then I was expecting which was actually very useful for snow tubing. It has a close in middle portion so that you’re not sitting on snow or water when you sit down which I really liked. The graphics are on par with the pictures and it’s actually a really cool looking item. I imagine it would be a great addition to the pool but this item is most certainly NOT made for the snow. My friend and I used this item for approximately 10 minutes in the snow before the material it’s made of began to harden. It was no longer that bouncy springy plastic/rubber feel anymore. It felt like stiff hardened plastic. The temperature outside was only 34° degrees that particular day, but the cold from the snow hardened the material and Crack began to appear in the tail of the flamingo. This allowed all of the air to escape thus renedering the tube useless. The company does send two patches a long with the tube, however after realizing that the material they use is the problem and we will only experience another blow out in the cold…we decided against patching it at that time. When it comes down too it I think this item may make for a great pool toy but is not intended for snow use.

LOVE! This was a Christmas gift for our 6 year old daughter and she loves it! It’s super cute!!! It was actually bigger than I was expecting… my husband and I were able to take turns sliding with her! It performs great on the snow. I’d definitely recommend this purchase!

I was hesitant to buy this because there are mixed reviews, but it worked out great for me. We had so much fun with these snow tubes! We went on a day where it was a mix of snow and slush, and the area had a lot of fallen twigs and pinecones so I was concerned about popping. I bought gorilla patch tape for nothing lol. The dragon and the unicorn were a big hit and a lot of people asked where I found them. It comfortably seated us, taking turns, and we range from teen to adult (heaviest person at 190 lbs). Brought a tiny portable inflator and we were tubing in no time. My friend is jealous so I’ll be gifting her a herd of snow unicorns soon

This snow tube is Great – The talk of the hill!! We had a steep, fast, and long hill and flew down, continuing 30-40 yards beyond where most would stop due to flattening out (difficult to sense pitch or distance in the video). It took bumps with complete shock absorption (i.e. no tailbone pain!) Our largest rider was 6’2″, 205′ and tube was smooth and fast. Held two 8 & 10 yr old, average size children easily. A Quality tube for sure. Before use, my engineering husband gave me a hard time saying it was cheap and won’t hold up “will pop/rip and not be fast.”😂 Teen children said they weren’t going to use it😂.) We left our portable pump at home so purchased a battery operated pump and inflated at the hill. It was a chilly 33° and didn’t appear to inflate All the way (95% probably) but still worked incredibly well. Handles were small (height only about 1″-1.5”), stiff (hard) and slightly twisted – fine for my ski gloved fingers and snug for my husband’s, but still allowed a quick release when needed and worked perfectly well for both of us with no finger pain. Seat (center area) filled in solid so no risk of butt dropping down or sitting in snow. LOVE this tube! (Still trying to figure out how to upload a video.)

We bought this item for our 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas. Didn’t get to use it till Feb. 17. Sadly it would not inflate and was full of broken seams and holes. Do not buy this item. Amazon would not honour the return because it was past the deadline of Jan. 31!
