Solidly constructed boot with an oil resistant, high traction sole. Much better than the schlock stocked at the local big box retailer. I don’t work construction but instead use them around the house & yard when doing projects. More than adequate for that use and should last a good long time. The boots are not claimed to be waterproof and not insulated but used them this past weekend while shoveling the 6 inches of global warming off my driveway. No slipping and feet stayed dry and (relatively) warm. Leather uppers are soft to the touch and the stitching looks to be well done. Laces are sturdy and thick. If you are going to frequently expose these boots to water, would recommend an application of Neatsfoot (or Mink) oil to protect the leather and get maximum life out of the boots. Seem to run true to size – I have a 10.5 foot but got size 11 to allow for heavy socks. Fit fine with just the right amount of room in the toe box. Be forewarned – they are heavy. Very happy with the purchase and will buy again in the future when the need arises.

Son muy buenas para trabajo pesado y el casquillo protege súper bien, no resbalan y se ven de mejor calidad que las que son de aquí de México ya que el producto es importado

I love these new boots. Compared to my $55 work boots I bought at Wal-Mart for years these ones are almost state of the art for me. Especially for the price they are.
My old ones were completely worn out, the soles of the rubber on the old pair ripped off and I was literally walking on my inserts that the shoes came with, on the other side of the boot I had one ripping the leather right off on top of the steel toe. So needless to say I HAD to replace them. Once I torn out the steel toe in it, they already were rusting. So it was a good time to replace them entirely.
These boots feel amazing! However they’re pretty tight when you first buy them. So expect to have some sore feet for a short while. You’ll adjust over time in about 1 week of usage. The main areas you’ll be sore at are your toes, they are very close to the steel toe insert so you’ll feel them rubbing a bit for long hours causing some discomfort. But after a few days they’ll stretch out.
The sides of the Boot are a bit snug and hug your sides of the feet, which is a good thing. You don’t want loose shoes to start with. Makes breaking them in better because they stretch to the size of your feet. The rubber on the bottom of your feet is rather thick, so you can walk on anything without much flex, making them ideal in rough terrain or sharp objects. (Not to sure how long they’ll hold up, I work in a steel processing plant that deals with coils of steel. So over time they’ll get cut up)
The leather is soft and suede like. I’ve used Suede leather boots for a long while but these ones feel like they’re of better quality than other cheaper boots. If you are going to use them in a steel factory or anything that is sharp. Be prepared to see them get cut up easily, mine already got battle scares after 1 week of usage. So do your best to avoid getting them cut up over time, which is what I’m trying to do to avoid ruining them to quickly. Quite a bit of money to throw away on a nice pair of work boots!
Overall, I like them and will more than likely get another pair as long as the quality stays good.
I’ll update on any quality related issues in the future. So far, they’re doing well for 1 week. If this comment doesn’t get updated in the future, you KNOW they’re a good Boot then for the price!

This is the 2nd pair I’ve bought. The first lasted me almost 6 years before I lost one. These things hold together well even after years of abuse. They take a shine well and fit comfortably from day one. I will always have a pair of these around.

I bought these for my hubby. He is a licensed plumber and HVAC certified tech, and is on his feet all day(and sometimes in the rafters lol), so he needs a solid pair of boots. These were a steal for just under $70. He loves them! He usually wears an 11.5 and these size 11.5 fit perfect. His foot is 29.5 centimeters. The size chart is accurate, so measure your foot! He usually gets tan color, but that color, same boot, was $20 more, so he settled for dark brown color. Well when he opened the box he was pleasantly surprised to find they look much better in person, not to mention they are pre-oiled so they won’t stain. He had timberland pros and he likes these much better! Says they are super comfy. I must admit I’m really digging the dark brown leather much more than the tan, it looks good on him! They look expensive and have such a sharp, clean look. I will definitely be purchasing these again for him. Can you say quality? They’re high quality! Better than timberland and craftsman, which are the two other brands he’s had (and many pairs of them!). They seem to only last him 5-6 months and it’s time for a new pair, but these are holding up great and I think he will get more wear out of these boots than he normally does. One thing I want to add is that these boots have a steel toe. Which is fine for spring, summer, and autumn seasons, but come winter he goes with either a fiberglass toe or soft boot, because the steel gets really cold! We live in Massachusetts and the winters can be brutal when you work in unheated construction, so cold toes is a no-no. Lol! Come winter we will check out Catepillar brand boots that don’t have the steel toe. Great buy, high quality, definitely recommend.
