Hello –
I read all the reviews and was concerned about durability. After many months of daily use there are no problems with things sticking to these pans, durability, scratching — nothing. They’re excellent and we use them every day. It’s hard to burn things in these pans – which is a great feature. They clean up easy. The cautions we adhere to are: we don’t use blazing hot fire to cook, we let the pan cool to a touch before we submerge for cleaning. That’s it. One nit pick – the handles on the lids can get quite hot and requires hand protection. The lids are not near the quality of the pans.

I bought this set for my induction stove. It works great with the exception that you cannot use cooking spray, you must use oil! I’ve had luck using water to steam cook. Overall, well made and easy to clean. Solid! I’m pleased with this purchase other than the limitations, and it’s super well packed

These pans and pots are amazing. Never have I been impressed by a cooking tool, but these did the job and more. They’re sleek and sturdy. Cooks evenly and thoroughly.
I’m not sure what else I should comment on. But they are solid. The only thing is definitely make sure no metal gets close to them. They don’t get destroyed but you can chip them pretty easily if you’re carless. Someone dropped a metal utensil in one in the sink and it caused a little bit of a problem. But I’ll deal with that later.

These pans are attractive and easy to use. The coating is very non-stick and easy to clean, even if dishes are left for a day or so. My main objection is that the lid handles do get hot when pans are used on the stovetop, but I use a hot pad and don’t have any trouble. Several of our pans did come with small chips around the edges, but it did not affect use.

I love this set of GreenPan Cookware. It’s durable and so easy to clean. I wanted something that would last a long time. The one thing I dislike about it is that the “lid” handle gets extremely hot when using the cookware. Other than that, It’s a really nice set of cookware.

First of all, this pot and pan set is a great looking set and very high quality. Has every pot/pan size you need. However, coming from T-fal pans to GreenPan is a bit of an adjustment. These pans are non-stick when pre-heated correctly at a low temp for 2 minutes with oil. You can’t use non-stick spray oil as it will actually damage the coating. I recommend using avocado oil with these pans. Coating is fairly durable. I ordered these about 6 months ago and I am noticing some minor chips, but my pans get heavy use nearly every day. Hold up longer that a T-fal set though, very impressed so far.

I absolutely love my new pots and pans. I have had them for a few months and they are amazing! My only complaint is the lids. There are two of the same size for the deeper pot but there isn’t one for the large pans. With us having a gas burner the Handel’s can get hot as well. They are heavy duty so the are pretty heavy. I am weak so it can be hard to us one hand when trying to strain them. But they are so worth it I just have to make sure I have two hands when pouring the food out. Sorry for the horrible photos. But they are SUPER easy to clean. I can easily run water over the pan and wipe it out super easy. I’m obsessed

My spouse wanted some new cookware and was interested in ceramic non-stick to avoid the toxicity of Teflon. We have an induction stove top so induction compatibility was also a must.

We have been exceedingly pleased with this set. Its non-stick properties are significantly better than those of our older non-stick cookware. That also makes cleaning a breeze; the products _recommends_ hand-washing instead of a dishwasher, so we’re doing hand-washing both because we like the product and want it to last and honestly hand-washing is so easy (even after some of the gnarlier dishes we’ve prepared that would have been a beast to clean on other cookware).
The grey coloring also just looks nice; a lot nicer than I expected, since I originally saw that as a concessions rather than a feature when I was ordering the set.
We’ve been recommending the brand to everyone we know (yeah, we’re weird, we talk cookware with friends; so what?) and now I’m recommending them to all of you (less weird, hopefully).

I held off on my review until I used these pans for several months. I love these pans! I think those giving negative reviews are not reading the use and care instructions carefully or following the directions. In order for the pans to remain nonstick, they can’t be scratched. You must use nonmetal spatulas and spoons when cooking with them. We hand wash them only which is super easy because nothing sticks to them. When storing them, there are felt pieces to separate the pots and frying pans so they don’t scratch each other. If you care for them correctly, you’ll love them. If you like to quickly get things done in the kitchen and throw everything in the dishwasher and then throw them in the cabinets, you’ll scratch them and hate them.
