    FIT
is just right in Large. The gloves feel very soft and comfy inside.

    FEATURES
The pull-on loops are large and very strong. The gloves have a “pre-curve” shape; they’re already in the shape of a hand and fit well from the get-go. The materials are first-rate: Primaloft insulation, Pittards leather, and Gore-Tex. They match the photo exactly.

    BUILD QUALITY
seems very high. I have other Mountain Hardware gear, e.g., a shirt I bought over ten years ago that I liked it so much I bought a spare. I keep it in my regular rotation, and it still looks like the day I bought it. So I have high expectations for these gloves.

    Labeled “Made in Vietnam.”

The media could not be loaded.

Video shows my point about these gloves: fit more like a medium even though I got a size large. So they run small.

Other than that I really like them and my wife is the proud owner of them now! (Smaller hands) Rugged, cool design, good quality that we’ve come to expect from Mntn Hardware.

These are incredible gloves. They feature:

    1) Pittards leather. Pittards lasts and lasts. I have gloves that are made of Pittards that are many years old and still work fine. Pittards makes its own gloves, but it also sells its leather to others for use in a variety of gloves where there’s a need for a supple, thin, long-lasting, abrasion-bearing leather. So I have cycling gloves by Pearl Izumi with Pittards leather in them, for instance. Just wash in soap and water for care.
    2) Gore-tex lining. I got my first Gore-tex product years ago when Gore-tex first came out for apparel usage–it was in an incredibly expensive (for the time) parka from LL Bean. And I still wear that parka today forty years later. I don’t think any breathable fabric–and many have tried–beats Gore-tex for durability and just plain waterproofing ablity.
    3) Primaloft Aerogel insulation. This is as thin and comfortable as insulation gets.

These are great gloves for back country sports and work. Just great. And they’re thin enough to wear comfortably with trekking or ski poles. I got these in unisex large, and though my hands aren’t big for a man, they just fit these gloves. I can’t imagine many men will take less than a large in these gloves. The mediums in the same gloves fit my wife well, but are tight on me.

Finally, Mountain Hardwear makes a variety of gloves under the “Exposure” brand. These are at the thinner and shorter end of that spectrum.

These are thick heavy duty gloves that are perfect for using in the winter. Where I live it gets well below zero every year, and clearing the driveway of several feet of snow with a snow blower is a regular occurrence. Regular winter gloves wear out pretty quickly wearing them while working out in the sever temperatures. These however can handle it. Good fit and should hold up well to the elements.

Gloves came with no new item tags. Labels in the glove were well worn they also have some usage stain.

Can speak to the quality of the glove since I’m not going to keep someone else’s used return!

These are amazing working outdoor gloves for days where it’s not arctic out — but still cold. Gore-tex is great for breathing, and they have enough insulation in them that work for most days — I use them snowplowing and I have full movement of my fingers without hardly any restriction — and those days usually hover right below freezing so it’s about the right temp.

Really like the leather construction — they seem to wear really well — and don’t always get that with cloth.

These are some fantastic glov es. The Mountain Hardwear Exposure Light Gore-tex gloves are a good balance of warmth while still being flexible and durable. These gloves have goretex which makes them water resistant. The insulation is primaloft gold which is a very high quality synthetic insulation. Down insulation does not insulate when wet but synthetic insulation like this does. The palms and inside of the lower thumb area have some additional durable grippy leather type material, and the fingers are covered in goat leather. The fit on these gloves is a touch on the small/tight side so maybe consider a size up unless you want a snug fit. I am impressed with the quality and construction of these gloves.
