First off this watch looks a lot better in person. Its a busy dial but it’s gorgeous! The watch feels well made, the blue dial looks amazing with the black rubber strap and the lume is nice. It glows a nice blue and lasts all night long. It is a very handsome timepiece for sure. 46mm wide, not the biggest but certainly larger than most. Eco drive is great and you don’t have to worry about battery changes. This watch feels quality.
To set it you really need to watch a video, it is complicated as all heck to set. Without instructions I don’t think anyone could. Once its set though you can forget it. It has a perpetual calendar and is radio controlled so when you’re not wearing it at night it gets a signal from Colorado and stays accurate. Really nice timepiece and the band is thick and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Setting this watch was a little difficult, I’ve never had a watch who’s hands start turning when you put it in the set clock position but I persevered and got it set to gps time three weeks ago and it hasn’t lost a minute yet. It says radio controlled on the face, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it keeping perfect time. It also has day of the week window along with the universal day of the week number window. And the fact this is my second EcoDrive Citizen watch out of about a 100+ watch collection this is my favorite right now, it’s the perfect size, I think it’s a 50mm, that’s my ideal size that fits me best. Also, this green is much better looking in person and is very pleasing to the eye. At first the green made me hesitant but since I could return it if I didn’t like it I took the chance and fell in love, haven’t taken it off since I sized it ( very difficult, that’s another story) but this baby only comes off when I shower or doing manual labor around the yard. I guess my point is this is a definite must have if you like the EcoDrive series, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I got this because I was tired of cycling through cheap watches and replacing batteries, etc. It was super simple to set up and keeps time perfectly. I watch the Internet time and the watch synchs to the second with that. It’s very well made and I just love the way it looks on my wrist.
I got it for just $450, so I don’t think I would have gone for it at $515, which is what it changed to after I bought it/after Christmas. But if you can find a deal on it, it could be the last watch you ever buy.

Beautiful watch, and feels good on the wrist. The only thing I would dong on it is the pins for fitting the watch. When trying to replace the pins, they weren’t tight and would slip out. Luckily, I had some spare pins that I replaced them with.

I had my eyes on this watch for some time, and finally pulled the trigger, buying it on Amazon for significantly less than other seller’s advertised prices.
The watch has a number of features that take some time and patience to understand. Setting up and going through all the functions is quite a daunting task for the uninitiated.
This watch is a radio receiver, which obtains the exact time from the atomic clock in Colorado, but for some reason, the watch didn’t pick up the signals, and I had to set it manually. It’s difficult to synchronize the actual time, even with Citizen’s online PDF manual, and YouTube instructional videos.
The purported atomic timekeeping function didn’t work, so I sent it back to Amazon. I guess I’ll stick with a simple watch like my 30 year old Omega.
