Update 7/6/2024: After posting my original one star review (below), the manufacturer contacted me directly. They apologized for the failure of their product and issued a refund which I received within 24 hours. That’s five star customer service to back up a one star product, so I updated my review to three stars. Any mass produced electronic product has a chance of failure. What’s important is whether the company backs up their product and makes it right. Leominor did.
Original review: This is a low-cost water pik so my expectations are not high. However, I still expect a low-cost product to last longer than 10 weeks. Not this one. I purchased it in mid-April and it stopped working on July 1. It shut off midstream and does not turn back on. Charging it does not help. There are several other one star reviews that describe the same problem, so this is not an isolated issue with this product.
